Shirt Did Arrive And Accurate To Size
Ordered a short sleeve shirt ("Truly on the inside" 5XL) after seeing it advertised on Instagram after I ordered I had seen the reviews and assumed the worst especially when I received an email saying it was at my my local post office which just wasn't true giving me a link for Royal Mail when it was actually for 17 Track to track my parcel.
But the tracking order worked and I could track my parcel at every step and pleased to say my shirt did arrive this morning fitted just as the size chart on the website described and even with my personalised number on the back.
So I'm happy with product I would use again but saying it was at my local post office was false and would have caused me confusion if I wasn't familiar with online shopping but overall very pleased with purchase.

Beware of Soulisfree's Return Policy
Beware of Soulisfree's Return Policy. We ordered a hat; turns out we did not like the color. They advertise a 30 day return policy, however, when we tried to return the hat, the small print says "no return on hats." In addition, customer has to pay return shipping costs to Hong Kong. Not a customer-friendly company. We will not be shopping with them again.
After submitting this review, Soulisfree responded with an offer "to resolve the issue." After more requests for information (order number, reason for return, photos etc.; all information they already had), they said to return the item (shipping to Hong Kong!) for a 30% refund! Ridiculous offer. Before ordering from them, be certain there is no chance you will want to return or exchange the item!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! IT'S FAKE!
I placed a large order with this site, which was supposed to be sent to my address. After a while, I went to check where my order was. It was suddenly returned. I didn't receive any information; the store said it had to be picked up at a pickup point. That's difficult without information. I then indicated that the order could be canceled and that I wanted a refund. They refused; this isn't even allowed. Communication is incredibly difficult; it takes days to get a response, and the answers are vague and useless. Then I get an email saying I can pick up the package again at a pickup point, and again without information about where I can pick it up, no tracking code, nothing... and I've lost my money. Don't order anything here! You can kiss your money goodbye.

I have ordered on August 20th (more than a MONTH ago) and still have not received anything. The tracking link said returned to sender. When I emailed about this they said they would send a new product, and this still hasn't arrived. Total waste of money do NOT buy here.

3 stars is good, considering
Unfortunately I thought that this company was local (US based) but it took a long time to get the items I purchased.
The designs are awesome, I received so many compliments on them every time I wear them. Another unfortunate thing was after 1 wash on just one of the shirts half the graphic came off, it did not change the overall design except it is now missing colors but it was very annoying to clean out my washer because of this. I would say that the sizing is true sizing, I like the fit of everything I purchased, even the crop.

I ordered two 5XL t shirts
I ordered two 5XL t shirts, both were not USA 5XL and not to mention they were different sizes. My “free gift” was a tiny sticker not worth what it supposedly said it was.
