I am so happy with the clothes
I am so happy with the clothes! I’ve been bored with browsing for men’s t-shirts and tops that are always in the same muted colour palette and wanted to find something more exciting to wear for the warmer months, going to festivals and just wearing something more fun than a plain black t-shirt. The sizing (medium) is perfect for me (180cm/5’11” and 96kg/15 stone) - feels loose but form fitting!
I had concerns about the shipping from China to UK but they arrived within weeks of placing the order which was great.
I contacted Leon over WhatsApp to get a status update on order tracking and he sent over a shipping update and was very happy to hear from me once I’d received the items. Thanks again!

Request for refund due to defective product
Dear SoulisFree Team,
Unfortunately, this last order has not been a good experience due to product quality.
I had ordered T-shirts from your shop before and was already aware that the prints tend to wash out quite quickly. However, my husband loves the design so much that I ordered two shirts for his birthday.
Sadly, he was only able to enjoy one of them for a few hours. After washing the shirts in the evening, the entire print came off and stained several other items in the machine, effectively ruining them. I had washed previous shirts from your shop using the exact same detergent and settings, so the washing process should not have been the issue.
We were both very disappointed to lose not only the new shirt but also other clothes because of this incident. I sincerely hope your team is taking these quality concerns seriously and working to improve them.
Given the situation, I believe it would be fair to receive a refund, a replacement, or at least a voucher, as the money was essentially lost due to a defective product.

I got a T-shirt and two hoodies with kangaroo bags. The product is very finely made. The goodies are actually autumn like warm and the design is exactly like the photo. I wanted a washed design and it looks very natural!
The product is shipped from China. It took the exact time given at my order for it to arrive. The quality is very high. I am very satisfied!

It is a shame because the designs on the clothes are great, however, after 2 washes the designs have been washed off in many places.
I have contacted them for a refund and the responses I have received are a 10% and then 25% partial refund. This is completely ridiculous and I am entitled to a full refund, with the shipping costs covered by the company!
Do not buy from here unless you want bad quality clothes
Edit: I have had a response to say I would have to cover shipping costs (£25-£40) which should not have to be done when the fault is with the items. I will be escalating this matter further

Not worth it
I really loved the design of the glitch eye cardigan, it’s very soft, and actually very light weight, but it’s also very poorly made. First, it’s not black, it’s a weathered gray that looks like it’s already been worn for five years because it’s printed on a white base. The white shows through everywhere, like the seams and where it stretches. The buttons are the lowest quality I’ve ever seen. They’re easy to mark up and look like they’ve been through a meat grinder. Finally, I’ve only worn it a handful of times and already there are four or five places where strings are pulling out in the middle of the fabric. I was SO excited for this purchase but it left me just as disappointed in the quality. I don’t think the cardigan was worth the $40ish that I paid for it, and I won’t be ordering again.

Shipping takes time but is worth it!!
Shipping took 3 weeks because of customization. I had calculated my product would arrive in a month but was pleasantly surprised earlier!! On the website under order it showed that it hadn't shipped but it had and customer support was there the entire time keeping my mind at ease! The free gifts were cute and much appreciated! The shirts are very nice Quality! They're soft and comfortable. I ordered a large because I like baggy but a medium would have worked. Either way I'm very impressed and happy with my order!!
