The products are great. Always happy with them. However, the shipping was horrible. Could not track the parcel. Took almost a month to come. Why can't you deliver to our post office box?

I had a problem with the import tax - I live in Switzerland and had the product sent here. For some reason the shipping service declared a much higher price than I had paid, so I had to pay way too much for the import. I complained back to Soul Insole and they took care of the problem swiftly, so that the extra amount was refunded to my credit card.

Due to an ankle injury I have had to change my footwear and opt for high tops. When I purchased the the insoles I placed them in some of my 'flat' shoes and found that they offered my ankle support

I have used the smaller stick one for my plantar fasciitis and it has really helped! Clean the with alcohol and they become sticky again.

These work to support my arch and prevent leg cramps at a much more reasonable price than some vendors.

I have 5 or 6 pairs because they release any pain I had in my arches. I have told several people about them.

These little arch supports work perfectly for me and the slip-on shoes I wear. Love them so much I came back for more.

Soul Insole have provided me with the best solution for plantar fasciitis, heel pain. When the product I was using stopped working my neighbor recommended Soul Insole among several other recommendations I have received. I love the material of the insole really cushiony, the insole is for the arch area, it’s transparent which is great for opened shoes. Now I can even wear flats with no problem!

Pads are sized well, easy to care for, easy to place and replace where ever you need. Silicone is sticky enough to remain in place, with no adhesive residue, no breakdown. My Norton's neuroma pain is minimized and my feet feel supported and anatomically aligned for long hikes, standing for long periods.

These insoleswork better to elimate pain than anything else i have tried but i do not like the ordering process of waiting for a call to order if not ordering on line which i cannot do as i was hacked too many times with ordering anything on line Otherwise you are the best

My favorite are the toe separators. I can use inside my sneakers while working out.

These are very easy to order and arrive quickly. They really help with my back issues. I use them in my tennis shoes and it alleviates a lot of pressure on my back. I even use them in my flip flops LOL

These insoles really work! I've spent a lot of money on custom insoles that did not work. I can put these awesome insoles in all of my shoes and they work great!!

I am old and I am developing neuropathy in my lower extremityties probablly from 23 yrs of diabetes II. these insoles help me walk longer and better.

After trying countless kinds of arch supports I gave these a try and was so happy with them that they are the only ones I use now. They are extremely comfortable and don't wear out. I have even given them as gifts.

The insoles made my feet feel better right away. I wear steel tips for work and I had foot surgery a year ago. These insoles alow me to wear my steel tips all day without any pain in my feet.

I purchased the heel wedge for my husband who has a pronounced limp due to foot tendon surgery and it was instant relief. I have now ordered more of this product for all his shoes! I also purchased the metarsal pad for myself which didnt help me so I let them know via email and a new product will now be available for me at no charge! Outstanding service .
