FAKE ... I order two engraved pieces from yourselves .. at no point can I see on yiur webpage this will be a sticker , when I sent you pictures of the pieces I get reply from Vera stating it was due to picture I sent ??? Why ?? it’s ment to be engraved not stuck on , these where for my sons partner again told you a memorial. Cheap nasty not worth yiur time money and upset . These are not customised or have any care taken , I would upload pictures so people can see the shoddy workmanship.

I purchased a picture charm for Christmas for my daughter which was nothing like the picture I had sent them it was hardly even recognisable as a dog more of a blurr and the only place it is fit for is the bin . After reading several reviews on the company I now realise I am not the only one who has had problems like this. Customer services were no help at all and had advised me that the most they can offer me is 20 percent of my money back so my next step is going to be trading standards . My advice to anyone is do not use this company it is absolutely appalling.

I ordered personal jewlery back at beginning of November in time for Xmas present after getting lost in the post the company were fantastic saying they would replace the items in time so I gave them a great review seemed very personal & helpful but alas I still havnt received them they aren't even ready to send as iv received no trackable number yet how disappointing so my husband my son & my grandsons Mum will not be getting a present from me at Xmas just feel so upset 22nd Dec

Ordered a sentimental gift, photo keyring on the 27th of November. It came today, the 22nd of December and looks nothing like my friend and her dad who passed away. Purchase this gift somewhere else. I should of read the reviews before purchasing.

I still havent recieved my xmas gift and was told to deleted the bad review and the will refund my $7.99 for the extra cost to ship it here fast i will not delete. Crapthey stole my money and they are fake they also have another scam business with another name they scamming people for money ....these scammers i will do a claim with my bank and dont every email me again telling me to delete my review i want people to know you are not true scammers you are .... you

Bought 2 photo wallets
They came. One was ok one was awful I mean picture printed on paper and glued on awful... picture on Instagram @mrssophieyates. Customer service wouldn’t help me until I wrote an awful review on here and they begged me to take it off and they would either refund me £10. Or send another one... 29th of November they tell me it’s on its way... I send them a messeges on the 17th December asking where it was and I got some rubbish about it not passing quality control. They have now blocked me and didn’t respond to me so again I’m leaving a review to say don’t waste your time or your money on these absolute scammy scam of a company. 1 Xmas present down and I will not be taking this review off. Awful don’t buy.

I know I’m in the minority looking at other reviews but I’ve had a great experience. Ordered a personalised charm last Thursday and it arrived this morning, plenty of time for Christmas. Quite exciting watching it being tracked every step from China to Hong Kong to Germany to UK to my house. Such a big journey for a tiny charm! I paid express delivery ... not cheap at £18, but it was worth it. Quality is good, photo a bit dark but that’s my fault choosing a dark image. I would recommend but with caution mindful of other reviews.

Can’t believe I’m sat waiting for my daughters Christmas present! Just tried the tracking number the company sent me and it does not exist !! Seen similar reviews on here and I’m gutted, Scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Well my experience. My friend purchased A plate for my 5 yr old daughter she took well care of her gift. Package was cute chain was beautiful but changed color within a month or so. My first reaction was look them up and check out page. So i did says 14ct gold plated lies.... So yeah

First time I wasn’t impressed

Was pleased with my items will be buying again 😊
