Lots of communication after ordering for tracking delivery which is helpful.
Bracelet safely arrived in nice packaging.
Crystals on the bracelet look high quality and I think on mine (calming) they do compliment each other very well as well.
Overall very happy!

They broke after a short time, however, the company immediately refunded me the full cost, so excellent service and preferred to refund me rather than replace so they can check quality before selling more if same
