First purchase from so sweet not sure how the quality would be absolutely blown out the water fantastic size great selection and the price is spot on will definitely be ordering again get yourself over the so sweet you won’t be disappointed

Unfortunately, like a growing number of reviews on here, I am another one of those that was let down by this company. The worst part is that the sweets were supposed to be for my little niece as a present. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and messaged them, only to be given a message to state that your "order will be delivered the next day." Alas, that was a total lie! Not only can they not fulfil an order, but they have lying workers working there too. Truthfully, if they had said that we could not fulfil this order and we could return your money, it would have been annoying but an understandable gesture. So, if anyone is reading this, I urge you not to let them claim their next victim or not be their next victim. In my heart, like the other unfortunate souls on here, I have given my advice to try to avoid this company if you can, because it is time that we teach these types of companies a lesson that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated. BEST OF LUCK SHOPPING ON OTHER SITES FOR YOUR GIFTS, because you don't want to be the one to see your loved one cry and then feel guilty that you have broken a promise and lost their trust, all of which is not worth it.

I received a message stating that the company had a technical issue, which meant that my postcode was transferred incorrectly and that it had been fixed, but as of my request, they have cancelled my order. I wrote back, stating that they are liars, and if this were the case, it would not have taken that long to sort this out as I was messaging them all through thursday and now they come out with it was a technical issue, on late Friday!

Garbage big 1kg bags, Stale out of date sweets. Left the children Disappointed. Not sure how ppl must eat this.

ordered ONE item for a birthday gift and it was wrong.
made them aware I was unable to get to a post office and it wouldn't come in time for the person's birthday either. Their only solution was a 50% refund on the wrong order.

Wouldnt order again , sweets weren't that nice. Blue mix was prob best out of the 3 I bought. 1 pack all squashed together. Shame

The sweets I received at best were outdated Christmas sweets and at worst were stale wine-gum ish sweets. Really disappointing from a company of this size, the only worth it sweets in my opinion were the blue mix

would not recommend! I paid for next day delivery and it's now been 3 days. and it's still in Exeter! This company can not meet the delivery time scales as promised, and they won't refund delivery.
order from them if your don't want to receive your items!

The customer rep is useless and unhelpful and cant even deliver to a proper timescale

Think it's brilliant. Ordered a 2kg pack a few months ago and a 4kg today. Amazing prices, taste good. Can't go wrong
