Bună ziua,
Înțelegem situația neplăcută și faptul că v-ați dat seama că nu este modelul potrivit pentru dumneavoastră abia după ce i-ați purtat.
Totuși, așa cum v-am informat și în privat, în urma inspecției fizice a returului am constatat următoarele: 1. Produsul prezintă semne clare de purtare (uzură). 2. Produsul a fost returnat fără etichetele originale atașate. 3. Lipsesc toate accesoriile originale ale produsului.
Politica de retur (valabilă la orice comerciant conform legii) prevede că proba se face strict în interior, pe o suprafață curată, fără a afecta starea produsului sau a accesoriilor. Niciun magazin nu poate accepta returul unui produs purtat afară și returnat incomplet.
Este clar că nu ați intenționat inițial să îi returnați, însă, în starea actuală, acești adidași nu mai pot fi comercializați ca fiind noi. Clienții noștri se așteaptă la produse impecabile, la fel cum, suntem siguri, nici dumneavoastră nu ați fi acceptat să primiți o pereche purtată și incompletă la preț de produs nou.
Din aceste motive, solicitarea de retur a fost respinsă.

To be avoided due to excessive delays and lack of seriousness towards the customer!
I placed an order on June 6th, with an estimated delivery time of 2-14 days, and I haven't received any response until today, June 21st. They don't answer the phone, messages, luckily I chose cash on delivery and cancelled the order. Try better known alternatives like True to Sole or Unfazed.

I'm a Sosu Kicks client since 2020 — I'm always purchasing sneakers as gifts and it's always a great experience. Needless to say, all of the pairs have always been 100% authentic.
