Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I thought I no options left as my laptop wasn’t working and I thought I would have to buy a new device. I wasn’t in a position for make a new purchase. SOS it repair was there to assist me. He was very understanding and offered me different options. The turn around time was quick.

Great repair experience
Great experience repairing an expensive laptop for a reasonable price. Sid was friendly and responsive in providing updates. He was thorough and overdelivered in finding a solution that rescued my device. Would highly reccomend for future IT repairs.
