I placed an order July 24th, 2021. Two months and a half gone and still not delivered I contacted SoShaper and the customer service rep Alba Cooper sent me an email. "First of all, thank you for your patience. We know that you are frustrated and that it is not easy to trust us anymore.
We know that you are frustrated and that it is not easy to trust us anymore, but we beg your indulgence and ask for your patience once again. Your order will be delivered soon. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the delay." It is most likely automated reply! I sent them email again and it bounced back twice. I looked up the transaction on my statement, and it showed SoShaper computer/software stores 417-862-40869 so right there total frauds. I contacted my bank to reverse the charges and got my money back in two days. Very unethical of individuals like this to take advantage of people.

I have received my first order and happy about the products. Then i made another order in JULY, and that was when things went wrong. I didnt receive order within acceptable time range. I sent the email, and asking the status of the products and were told the products was stuck in the customs. Make senses with the BREXIT and COVID, so i asked them to provide me a deadline. They did give the date which is end of september. When the time dues, i email them again and asking for refund, all i received from the email is asking me to be patience and they will send the products. Now, the company website is gone, and the email has bounced back with undelivered.

It is a SCAM.
Ordered a product in July 2021. Every week, customer service used to reply that it is dispatched and will reach you soon. When I asked for tracking number, they always dodged the question saying it is on the way and now their website and email address are removed from the domain.
So basically, it is a fraud company.

To the people they want to buy those products. Be very careful!! My first order I have done it came after some time so was ok. Then I have order again on18.06.2021. The order is nowhere, I have paid £48 almost and nothing, if you call them they are not answering and customer service is sending you the same message. We are on 11.09.2021 and my order , no news about it. Be aware, it is a scam , please don’t spend your money

Ordered the leggigs from them and got excited when it stated on their website it takes 4-7 working days. When 2 weeks had passed i emailed them to ask whats going on, they then gave me this rediculous excuse of some VAT in UK. Straight away i knew this was going to end bad. This went back and forth for a while and now almost 2 months later still nothing, they have also now stopped responding to me the second i told them i will expose their scam and misconduct! Stay away from them, honestly! Plus you can get the exact same products on Amazon or Ebay for half the price and they work just as well if not better!
Horrible customer service and excuses left right and center!

I ordered a legging more than a month ago nothing arrived.I’ve sent an email to customer service to follow up my order they said the item is on its way,but until now zero.
Don’t do business with this company they will just take your money.

Please don't order this product.. the customer service is shocking its been 6 weeks and I've not received anything... I get the same response that they are working on it but its all lies.. please please don't order from them, if you get a chance to read this review.. you are better off giving the money to charity..

Dont believe their return policy! It's all lies!!! I sadly ordered the produxt after reading a similar review that was left here. On their website it states return and refund up to 30 days. I sent the product back after a week of receiving it. Customer service provided me with a return address and asked to show proof receipt, which I did immediately after posting the product back to their return address. Its been 6 weeks now and they are claiming they have not received my return parcel. That's absolute nonsense!! I sent it through royalmail and I'm sure it has reached them. They even have the cheek to ask if I paid for it to be tracked, which of course I didn't. The return cost was already £8. Customer service aren't replying to my emails, or they reply saying they have not received my parcel. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at this terrible service.

The website promotes refund/returns on items received within 14 days if not satisfied 100% guaranted. They have refused to cooperate. They said they do not do refunds but can exchange. I sent screen shots from their website proving otherwise. Been nearly 3 months and sent so many e-mails no answer but yet they keep emailing me every few days on offers to buy more stuff.
Please be warned their refund policiy is fake.

The product is really good and it makes you sweat a lot.

It fits the body and allows me to sweat more during my workouts. It allows me to eliminate water retention. The quality of the material is very good! I recommend this product to anyone who wants to achieve faster results

After not receiving my goods after eight weeks I had to write them an email so they can explain why I have not received my goods the lady in the email it said to me that there must’ve been some type of Miss Understanding and that she would send the goods straight away within two weeks I received what I paid for and I was well happy with everything I received so I just like to say thank you to that lady and the team everything I ordered come on time in the end

I expected it to be like the ones I had gotten before, but it was nothing like it was amazing I have never sweated as much on weighted exercises like I do with this it's amazing

Took a while to come through the post but it's the best training resource ever! I've never sweated so much in my life! It's amazing!

Absolutely love my vest, does exactly what it says, and ive never sweated so much as i do when i wear it. Would definitely recommend. 👍👍👍

This is brilliant I really do sweat I have two of them now.

The vest fits weird, but what it does is amazing I have sweated but not the way I sweat now, all my clothes are soaked by the end of my session

The sauna vest is excellent. Fits great. It works a treat. Would recommend it highly. I even bought one for my wife and an extra one for myself.
