Photos are amazing. But the truth is that the material is crap. Looks cheap. feels like plastic. Even if you don't mind this feeling, everything runs small.
So, when i tried to return, the only reasons are damaged goods. offered $20 for $100 of products. Finally sent me address to return, which turns out to be in Dubai.

Very cheap materials...not what was advertised. SCAM! Don't use this company...block them from showing up in your Facebook.

I ordered several blouses and loved them! Now for the down side- they do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
They offered me a $6 refund on a $33.99 blouse that did not fit and said to keep the blouse. Not sure how they thought that would rectify the problem.
While I love what I received I won't order from them again.

I read the reviews and the one thing I read multiple times was people wished they ordered more items because they loved it but it took a while. Best advice ever I doubled my order and couldn’t wait to order again once I received everything.

So disappointed that these run small and I didn’t read the return policy. I’m done with falling for online ads from companies I don’t know. How can you buy online and not be able to return? I should have checked these reviews. When it said shipped from the US I assumed it wasn’t one of these sham Chinese can’t return companies. My mistake there. They looked so pretty in the ad.

I do not recommend this company at all! The material is very thin and feels cheap. The tops are sized small. I cannot wear 2 of the 3 that I ordered, so I will donate them because they will not refund the total if I return them at my own cost. After much back and forth, 10 or so emails, I was offered a little over half of what I paid. I was very disappointed because the clothes are quite attractive but it's a sham.

The site was easy to use, the clothes are nice. Delivery was in the time frame I expected (to Australia). The tops were probably a little smaller than the size guide, but that's OK, it will encourage me to lose a little weight.

The RETURN POLICY serves the company, Not You!
Essentially, they will only accept returns if an item is damaged enroute or the incorrect item was sent. You open it, you keep it. Even if you ordered the correct size and it doesn't fit!
That is equivalent to going to a department store and having to buy EVERYTHING you try on. Good luck if you choose to purchase here.
I spent $93 on three blouses and none of them fit. When I asked for a return label to send it back, they asked for a picture of the items. After I sent them the pictures they offered to refund me $15 and said I could keep the items. Twelve emails later, they raised the amount to $45 but did not indicate when or how I would get my refund.

I love the World Map blouse. I did order a large and needed an extra large. The seller was very responsive to any email I sent. I already received the one sent as a replacement.

The tops I ordered were true to size and so much. Nicer than I find in stores. The patterns and colors are so unique and beautiful.

beautiful blouses arrived too late for my vacation, my daughter opened and hung them and when I discover the size I didn’t know how to exchange them.

I ordered 3 tops. It took over a month to arrive and when they did 2 of the 3 did not fit. It's unfortunate because I loved the colors and fabrics. I have contacted the company numerous times about returning the 2 tops and they will only offer a partial refund, $26 on a $63 value. I am VERY disappointed in them. They will not answer my emails and they will not give me a return address to return the items.

Love the quality of the three pieces that I ordered. In today's world, it was a long wait but well worth it. I will be ordering more from Sosaina as long as the quality remains the same.

I ordered 3 tops. One fit, two were too small and did not adhere to the sizing guidelines. After multiple emails back and forth with customer service and providing photos with a measuring tape, they finally approved a 30% refund. Oh, and I can keep the merchandise, which I can not wear due to them being too small. I am very unimpressed with this company and WILL NOT purchase from them again. I haven’t washed the garment that fits - there is no care tag - so I hope this one doesn’t shrink and become too small also.

Everything had such beautiful colors and seem to be pretty well made. Some fit and some didn't but I gifted them to my daughters!

All 3 tops I ordered were beautiful colors and fit well, nice fabric too.

Wanted to return the 3 dresses !!i was trying to return this dress for a refund i sent an email to the company for a return and refund no response from them at all them i went on the social media like facebook and did research about this company and i found this help which is SIX ZERO SEVEN⁴³⁸⁻³⁴⁹⁸i reach out the support team and sorted out my return issue within a minute it’s time-consuming but this was done very quickly with great customer service from this company

I am keeping 2 of the six blouses that I ordered for personal preference. They were all of good quality.
I am between a M and L. When I order again, I will probably order the large size

I really like the top I ordered, however, I received and was charged for two identical tops. The shipping package was unmarked and included no return information. For that reason I can't recommend shopping from this site again. I hope you will be able to help me return the unopened item. Thanks.
