Pessimo servizio
Pessimo servizio. Statene alla larga. Senza smontare lavastoviglie, diagnosticato rottura scheda con preventivo di 387€ per sostituzione. Chiamato un altro tecnico che ha risolto il problema dicendo che era solo questione di sporco e grasso. Pagato 70€. Contattato sos elettrodomestici per spiegargli il tutto, mi ha riso dietro e poi mi ha preso in giro promettendomi il rimborso. Cosa mai effettuata. Non ha mai più risposto ai mie messaggi e telefonate. Scorrettezza totale.

Mancata riparazione e avviso
Chiamati il 03/11/25 per una signora anziana a cui si era rotto il frigorifero di 5 anni, probabilmente scheda elettronica, fanno ricevuta di previsione spesa per € 290 - Acconto 60 (pagato). Non sentendoli più al 14/11/25 li sollecitiamo e ci dicono che il frigo è fuori produzione e il pezzo non arriva. Scorretti nel non avvisare, specie una persona anziana che aspetta la riparazione, e l'acconto praticamente non è altro che l'uscita, almeno dirlo, pessimi e scortesi al telefono
