We strongly disagree with this review, as it contains serious and misleading allegations that do not accurately reflect what happened.

The patient contacted us for a consultation. We arranged the appointment, carried out the consultation and provided a treatment plan based on our doctors’ professional assessment. The patient did not agree with the proposed treatment plan and decided not to proceed with treatment at our clinic.

It is also important to clarify that the patient was visiting other clinics as well, a circumstance that we have documented and previously provided to trustpilot as part of our report.

The patient never underwent any dental treatment at our clinic. Therefore, describing our clinic as a “complete scam” and claiming that we broke every promise is an extremely serious accusation that is not supported by the actual course of events.

We consider it inappropriate to make such allegations against a clinic simply because a patient did not agree with a medical treatment proposal or chose another provider. We have already reported this review to Trustpilot and provided the relevant documentation, requesting that it be assessed in accordance with its review policies.

We respect every patient’s right to express dissatisfaction and share their genuine experience. However, that right should not be used to make unsubstantiated accusations that can unfairly damage a clinic’s reputation.

We remain available to clarify the facts through the appropriate channels.

IMPORTANT: For the sake of transparency and respect for our work – backed by over 500 verified Google reviews – we feel it is necessary to clarify the situation.

We are not a hotel service. We are a dental clinic. As clearly stated on our website (www.sorrisosicuro.al) and in the written quote provided before arrival, we offer free hotel accommodation only for treatment plans above €5,000. As a courtesy, we help organize accommodation for other cases, but hotel management is not our responsibility.

In this case, we originally proposed Mercure Hotel as our first partner. If that hotel is fully booked – which sometimes happens – we provide a hotel of equal level, as clearly explained in our documentation.

We fully covered the costs of both the taxi transfer and the hotel reservation, even though this patient never confirmed their final treatment plan or even responded to our last communications. Instead of an apology for the lack of communication, we now receive a damaging and misleading review unrelated to our core services.

It is unfortunate that someone would call our clinic a “scam” when no treatment was ever provided, and all organizational expenses were paid entirely by us. We invite all future patients to verify these details directly with our staff and to review our hundreds of authentic testimonials from satisfied patients who have actually completed their treatments.
