There is a company error when trying to connect my payroll. I screenshot the error and emailed support. It's been over a week and no resolution. If you call there's never anyone to answer the phone only able to leave a voicemail and nobody calls you back. Pathetic. Imagine having a loan and having issues. Don't start a company if you can't service your customers.
Very very dishonest . Their website says when u pay off your advance u become eligible for a second advance so I paid mine off and when I applied again I was denied because they said I already applied for one so huh ? Zero regard for what their own site says and zero regard for the fact that u pay off your advance without any problems and zero loyalty to their customers. They won’t be in business long at this rate

The software looks great and is easy to use, best of all it free's up a huge amount of time making booking jobs between contractors and tenants much easier, whilst recording all the correspondence so you don't have to follow up making notes as it's already taken care of. The team are great also and always on hand to help when needed.
A great company. The system is the easiest and most manageable I've used to date. Top marks.
Really simple to use, so much more efficient than all the emails and calls...if I could get my private landlord bookings through this it would be even better.
