This company is fabulous.
I ordered a mirror, which came on time; unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I took photos and explained what had happened. They replied to it the same day, saying a replacement would be arranged. The replacement arrived within a week, this time in perfect condition.

Their mirrors are poorly constructed. The reflection is distorted on both my original mirror and replacement. The mirror itself has a gritty texture which apparently indicates the first statement above. It's not just the mirror from the side it doesn't even look like the mirror is adhered straight alongside the backing.
To the merit of the company they did replace it but from the size and weight of the arched mirror everything became an utter hassle. I also overheard that this is a common issue customers of this company face...
Needless to say I'm thoroughly disappointed.
