Stupidly bought something from this scam website. Months later, no product and pretend customer service. I had to get my money back through my bank, and then the scammers disputed it and tried to get it back. They gave me a fake FedEx number and everything. Now they are trading as sonaplanner and novaplanner. Don't trust these evil lying people
I paid for the Sora planner but did not receive anything. The first time I enquired post purchase of timeline of delivery (3 weeks after order placement), they sent an auto generated email saying the product is about to be shipped. I waited another 3 weeks with no sign of the product and I emailed them. They did not reply. I sent a final email to them soon after with no reply.
**** PLEASE NOTE**** the new website they are pushing as an ad on social media (TikTok) is “sonaplanner.com”.
This has changed from the “so*r*aplanner.com” which was their previous scam campaign.
If I could do a negative review I would. Absolute scam do not buy from these people.
I thought my research was good, but their scam was much better- bastards!!

SCAM of a business. Same robot emails. Product never received. Refund request and robot generic emails received. It’s insane I want my money back!! DO NOT BUY
Complete scam, was never sent my item. The email address to enquire about returns and refunds didn’t exist and the shopify site won’t let you open up a case until 30 days have passed. Don’t waste your money, total scam from the USA, they will FedEx your product and give you someone else’s tracking number.
