I was suppose to get my order…

I was suppose to get my order yesterday. Every time I go on to track my status it says that it's still in China or the page just keeps spinning and erroring out. This place does not seem legit. Do not buy from here if you don't want to be scammed.

Scam!!!!! Buyers Beware

I ordered items for my son for school and they have not even shipped yet. I was told the items would be shipped but it still says awaiting shipment.I do not recommend buying products from this company because they lied on the website about the shipping time.They do not care about their customers.I’m writing a review hoping I receive the order because it seems like a lot of customers have been scammed. My order is #LBO06467 I would like it to be shipped by the end of the day because that is what was promised. Thank you!

*New update as of 9/12….I received my items but the quality is horrible!!! You can purchase the same items for cheaper on SHEIN and my sons shirt was misspelled and they’re giving me the run around in regards to a refund.Its a scam so beware

I accidentally ordered the wrong color…

I accidentally ordered the wrong color shirt. I noticed it immediately and emailed them. They changed the order to the correct color in less than 12hrs. I consider that quick customer service! Will definitely order again!

Subject: Final Request – Order #JEX20442 (Placed August 1st)

I placed my order (#JEX20442) on August 1st, and it has now been almost a full month without shipping confirmation or a tracking number. Your responses have been vague and repetitive, without providing an exact update.

• Issue me a full refund immediately.

If neither action is taken, I will be forced to file a dispute with my payment provider and leave a detailed review of my experience.

Where's my order?

Been waiting like 5 days for my package now and it hasn't even been packaged, from now on I will start looking for reviews because this unacceptable. Order No. KYR23250 So I really should have checked here before making a purchase. It seems people aren’t getting their orders until well after the posted processing and delivery ETA. I’ve been as patient as I could. And while unlike most merchants who wait until the item has shipped before processing payment. The payment to Sopula was cleared right away. Yet, no product. Then I get here and read that peoples orders aren’t even of quality. I would like one of two things- a shipping confirmation number or a full refund. There must be somewhere to report bad business practices and misleading consumers, surely there must.

Reoccurring Problem

Looking at the reviews I noticed a reoccurring problem with this website and the would be the product won’t be shipped until the problem has been addressed. They do not care for the customer and don’t take action until the situation has been addressed. So now i’m writing a review so they don’t overlook my order and ship it until I say something. Please ship order LQA54672 by the end of this week because that is what is promised. Thank you

Thin cheap materials and prints

They send a thin cheap hoodie with designs that look like they could be washed off with water and dosent stick at all, took weeks to get one item and isn’t even the right measurements can’t even return it because they charge even more to send it back to the temu factory they got it from

$124 and nothing looked like online

I purchased my order 2 months ago for my sons back to school clothes, and it arrived today. Nothing looks like what we purchased and trusted to arrive. Im out of $124 and will have to purchase more clothes for my sons school attire. Very disappointed to be SCAMMED in such a way.
You will not get far treating, stealing and lying to people. Im sure you dont care, but I had to speak it into existence.

My Honest Opinion on Sopula

- To start off , I ordered my 2 graphic tees on August 12th 2025.
- Ever since August 12th 2025 , my order still remains as “ Awaiting Shipment “.
- According to Sopula’s Shipping Time , they state this “ Delivery: 8-11 business days (Processing: 1-3 days, Shipping: 7-8 days) “.
- Mind you their shipping time doesn’t match to what my order status is telling me.
- What I can say is how there clothes have great designs and colorful.
- If you plan on ordering off of Sopula , I recommend ordering from their business VERY EARLY.
- Also , they only do standard shipping , no express shipping ;(
- I also wanted to mention that this is MY FIRST TIME shopping at Sopula & I am getting more worried by the day. I say this because the clothes I ordered is for Back To School & I start school September 3rd 2025.

I just pray that Sopula can have my clothes delivered by September 3rd 2025 because that’s when my first day of school starts and I don’t want it to be a disaster.

Sopula , if you’re reading this , I just want to say that your graphic tees are amazing. The problem is this shipping time. If you have any updates on my order please reply here and we’ll deal with the shipping issues from here. Thank you & have a nice day.
