The laundry perfume not worth the money

Disappointing customer service
The products may be nice, but the customer service is aweful. I placed an order that was clearly not progressing and according to DHL not dropped off for delivery. I repeatedly asked the customer service to send me a replacement as it was clear the order wouldnt arrive. This was refused, it was made my problem, i had to fill in a form, etc and when they finally accepted that the order wouldnt be delivered 1,5-2 weeks later, one of the items i ordered was no longer available and the order arrived after the occasion i needed it for. Very disappointing.

After reviewing the situation, we can see that your parcel was unfortunately never delivered by DHL. This is very frustrating and, especially during busy periods, delays or misplaced parcels can occur.
Our customer service team immediately opened an investigation with the carrier, but we also reached out again because we didn’t want to keep you waiting any longer. At that moment one of the items you originally ordered had gone out of stock, which meant we were unable to include it in the replacement order. We understand how disappointing this was, particularly since you needed the products for a specific occasion.
Although situations like this are outside of our control, our team always aims to support you as best as possible and follow the correct procedures to resolve issues quickly and fairly. We truly appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy the new order we sent out.
