The product I ordered was not fit for purpose. I wanted a refund which basically they refused making excuses all the time. In the end I agreed to 50% refund really had lost the will to live! This company is a scam avoid buying at all cost, terrible customer service!!

Tried to cancel in November. Web site process for cancelling gives no evidence the request was accepted. Sent an email. No reply. Called the phone # and got message, "you are not allowed to make dialed carrier calls." Returning the last 5 months unopened bottles to Citi credit card and asking them to prevent future charges.

Suppliments are garbage and when you try and cancel the subscription they just keep on sending you product and billing you not matter how many times you cancel it or send customer support a ticket.

DO NOT START is the best advice this company is a total scam and when you finally get a number to call them it is automated with no option to even speak with any one.

They don’t answer their phones. They don’t answer emails. I’ve gone on and cancelled my subscription and they are still charging monthly and won’t stop. I’ve left voicemails, lots of emails, and cancelled on their website. Don’t start with them at all.

Wow, anyone get them to stop the subscription? I’ve called 5 times. Left 2 messages. Submitted tickets. Sent emails and nothing.

Someone said it wasn’t deceptive on the order checkout, I think you’re wrong.

Ordered this rush shipping 3 weeks ago. No notification it has shipped and didn't respond to my inquiry. This is a scam, stay away.

I bought 3 bottles and got 1 free. I caught them signing me up for the subscription and cancelled that. Now they won’t send me any of my bottles. I’ve written them twice and they told me my order would be sent soon. A month later two months later I still have not received anything I paid for. Total scam. Don’t order from soothe supps.

They signed me up for a subscription without telling me. When I found out and canceled, they sent it anyways and charged me. When I tried to return it, and obviously AI chat bot responded saying it sent a return label even though it never did. Any responce was met with with a copied message saying it's sending a return label but it never did. There are no humans to contact. This company is fraudulent.

Horrible. Fraud. They will sign you up for a monthly membership without permission, charge you each month, not deliver what they charged for. Impossible to contact. Won’t refund any of the fraudulent purchases.

Why I didn't read the reviews first, I'll never know. Exact same thing is happening to me; I ordered a one time trial and (even made SURE I didn't have a repeat subscription before buying) and they signed me up for monthly. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RUN FOR THE HILLS.

This company is an absolute scam!!! I ordered 3 bottles of BPC 157. I said no to adding their rip off gut health probotic but they still charged me for it. Then upon receiving my order I got 1 out 4 bottles shipped to me and none of the BPC 157 I wanted. Absolute scam. No responses to repeated calls and emails. Stay away and DO NOT buy anything from these thieves! Tell the world, the run Instagram ads to lure people in with false claims.

The company is a scam the supplement is a joke and when you try to get your money back they just reply back with the same answer and never try to resolve the issue

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. I canceled my subscription after my order, still got billed a second time and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone for help! Unbelievable! I’ve emailed them over a dozen times already only to get a response that offers me 20% off the thing I’m trying to CANCEL!!!!!!!!!

Loved their product and surprisingly it worked I'm not sure what other people are saying that its deceptive when it literally says that you are signing up for a subscription.

They auto sign you up for subscriptions. They make their checkout process deceptive and will double bill you for product you do NOT WANT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Made a one time purchase and I’m getting billed for a subscription now! I tried contacting their phone number. It goes right to voicemail and their Voicemail box is full! When I go into reset my password they request my email to send a reset link, I’ve done it twice and still have received a link. I have an email out to them, not sure if that will be address!

Deceptively signs you up for repeating orders and bills you at twice the amount for half the original amount of product.

They also make it impossible for you to log in to your account. There is no password reset email after it is requested. Customer service claimed they cancelled my unauthorized subscription and then I got billed again the next day.
