Soothenix 

I regret deeply ordering a foot Massager online. It's been 4 months now and I was advised they will refund my money but they have not and I'm still waiting now into 5th month. It is then that I realize Soothenix is a huge scam and has scammed many people. I want people reading this to not order anything from Soothenix ever again. Please order from other reliable suppliers such as Alibaba, Amazon etc. I was alway careful not to be scammed but unfortunately got scammed. I hope my experience can give you all some sense in the scam activity of an alien company called Soothenix, because they don't have an headquarters and permanent contact details and addresses. Thank you.

The first night i used it, woke up 1.5 hours earlier than usual, feeling fantastic, like my younger self from 40 years ago. I purchased this device because i have have beeb experiencing foot pain for two weeks now and i was not disappointed. It has different modes that allow you to customize the intensity and vibration. I had the chance to use their blackfriday sale so i bought it with 30% discount code. I was lucky. I will update my review after 1 a month. So far its good 😌

I ordered the EMS foot massager for my brother to be delivered to a friend in UK who was coming out to visit me,[ I live in Malawi, Africa]. There was a slight misunderstanding with the delivery, but as soon as I saw that delivery was unsuccessful, I IMMEDIATELY emailed and messaged both Soothenix and the courier several times to instruct re-delivery. Obviously nobody read their emails and after five days the parcel was being returned. I commented on the lack of and bad customer service on a social media platform, and was immediately contacted by a chap called Jeff. Things turned from there and Jeff did his utmost to make sure another parcel was sent but with instructions to another address, as my friend had already left to visit me. This instruction was not read in time, and the parcel was delivered to the previous address. I got the feeling that Jeff was trying his utmost to sort out the problem, but was struggling with their set up, communication with the courier and customer service systems. The parcel was eventually delivered but now I have to make a plan with extra cost to get the parcel to me in Malawi. If I could rate Jeff I would give him 4 stars for the personal contact and effort to sort this out. I can't rate the EMS massager as I have not yet received it as it is still in the UK .

after almost 10 days, i finally received the massager. I was skeptical when i ordered it, but wanted some relief after long days of working and moving. It actually helps my sore muscles. You can feel it on the first two settings. I have painful foot neuropathy. Due to this, someone told me about this type of massager, in an attempt to getting some relief.

Frankly, I would call it an electroshock foot therapy device. To say it feels bizarre, when i use, i an understatement. It takes some getting to use to. It has 19 levels, and I cant imagine setting the device close to the highest level. I can see why certain individuals are warned not to use this device as mentioned in the instructions. There are 8 various modes for setting the shock cadence. Some settings are jarring, others are relatively comfortable. You'll need to determine which levels and cadences work best for you. This takes a while to make the proper adjustments.

It comes with a remote control. The remote work intermittently. Its more if a gimmick than a functional device.

In using this device, I do seem to get a fair amount of temporary foot pain relief. This relief lasts around 2-4 hours. I call this a win! It remains to be seen if continual use will increase the length of time where theres pain relief, or if 2 hours is the best that will happen.

As far as a recommendation, its certainly worth a shot. The price is quite reasonable compered to non stop medications and going back and forth to the clinic or therapy. If it does not help you, at least you've tried something new or different approach.

Please do not order from Soothenix it is a scam, where you think you are placing your order and where your receipt comes from are two entirely different locations across the globe. Soothenix claims to have an office in New York while your receipt comes from Australia when you call either of these two contact numbers given it just rings, you will never speak to anyone. You will only receive a confirmation of your order plus a receipt and nothing else.
From 24th October, 2023 the day I placed my order till present day I have not received any shipping details or a tracking number. I tried writing to them via email to both Soothenix and Belle LLC in Australia who use Stripe to issue receipts no response to any email till date.
You definitely don't want to have this nightmare. Most of the reviews made for Soothenix ought to be followed or traced. I traced one and it turned out to be a Nigerian not the identity of the person who wrote the review.

Soothenix and Belle LLC are not worth the trouble unless you want to trouble your trouble.

I finally received my order. Im so happy because i really need the foot massager. Second day of using it today, so i will be back on here to say my final review.

I received the foot massager last week after waiting for it almost three weeks. This is in Ontario. It seemed to reduce swelling in my legs and therefore I was satisfied with the product. You really felt the pulsating in your legs. As of yesterday no such relief and there is no pulse from the unit anymore. I looked at the return policy but it it so difficult I don’t even want to go through the process . Not reliable a foot messager. Too bad.

I received my foot massager and began to use it a week ago i adore the way it feels to use this device, and im already starting to notice some results. So far, im really enjoying it… and i plan to return it only if i dont see further improvement………

ThiI am very unsatisfied with your service. I purchase your foot massager and paid it in full. You hired a courier to deliver it to me and I have provided several proof that it was not delivered to me . There are so much inconsistent activities as
1. Nobody signed to receive my package so i could trace it.
2. The proof of delivery picture shows an empty warehouse and im located in an apartment building
3. You sent me a new tracking which is saying package is missing. With a pdf attachment to back the statement and you are still refusing yo refund my money.

Do I never to contact a lawyer to be refunded my sum? You hired the delivery service so you are responsible to recover my money.

Please let me know your intentions so I can know how to proceed.

Be careful ordering from this company. It is a scam. I placed an order a week ago; I asked for tracking details, and they sent a generic email saying it's with the logistics company but have given me no tracking details, which you always get once it is sent to the logistics company. The email they sent is a copy and paste and is copied from other websites. The phone number on the website rings out. This is a scam. Stay away.

I ordered an EMS Foot Massager and it took 2 months for the product to finally arrived since my location is categorized as a remote country (Tonga 🇹🇴 ), but trust me, it is really worth waiting ✋️..

Ordered the Sciatica belt on the 15th of feb 2023, and received it 7-9 days later. Started using it feb 10 to date, i can say that im experiencing an amazing results so far, i no longer feel a severe pain anymore, especially when im using the belt.
