Quality great

I buy a dress who supposed to be silk for a special event and you send me a dress made from poliester who have nothing to do with what I expect and it come after the date need it, it was the first colaboration and the last, totally disappointed 😞

I have been trying to get a $30.00 gift card that was provided for me instead of sending back a $69.00 black velvet dress! I have been very patient butI get zip help! 8hours latter and when I did finally get a gift card code , I tried to use it on new purchases and two times said I had a invalid code!I am sick of trying ! I can’t return to china and can’t get money back , can’t use the GIFT card, so I am sooooo mad ! Nenver have any thing to do with Soolinen as it is a big fraud!

Great design and quality . True to size

I love my skirt. It arrived right away which was surprising as I live in Hawaii. I had ordered 2 other things that night from different companies and I think I got scammed. One sent me an ugly wrong item and I am still waiting for the other package 3 weeks later. Soolinen's product arrived on time if not early and was the quality item ordered. Thank you.

My wife is a US 9.5 and cannot even get her foot into the shoe. Also the shoe is rubber not leather, I am very disapointed.

Ordered a dress and what I received was a year 2 school project of a dress. Nothing like the item I ordered and this travesty was delivered way later than the express postage I paid for. Opened a case with paypal and Soolinen now provide a Chinese postal address for the return and insist I have to return the dress and pay for the return postage, instead of providing a return label as this is mis-advertising. The return postage to China is significant and I believe this is the trick to them making their money - people give up because they find it too expensive to return the rubbish they ship to the buyer. FRAUD.

One of the blouses i received looks nothing like the blouse I ordered. I have contacted them numerous times with no reply.
I ordered this 3/10/26 and received 4/9/26

Love the material

My package arrived and it was wrapped and a pretty color paper. And it was nice and secure and safely shipped. I'm so satisfied with the ordering and shipping process. I got constant updates about my order which I loved.

Things we got look not the same as we order

The product you delivered was very different from the picture. Quality was poor. No communications form the seller even for my request for return and refund.

Sizing and return policies are problematic.

The fit of the blouses was perfect. One blouse was linen and I know how to launder it. However the other blouse I'm not sure about. There is no tag as to the make up of the threads so I'm unsure of the laundering. It would be helpful if there was information tags.

I am not satisfied with the item. I requested a refund, but you did not provide either a return label or a QR code. In fact, you refused the return despite your 30-day return policy. This is the most awful experience I have ever had.

I'm little skeptical buying clothes online, I really don't know if the clothes looks good in real as in the picture. I'm willing to take a chance, if I like it I will order again.
