Fraud - signed me up & charged $100 without my permission

Fraud - signed me up & charged $100 without my permission. I had never heard of this site until I found a $100 charge for it on my credit card. It's associate sites had done the same thing 1-2 months ago.

Update - they still won't return my money. I did not sign up for anything from them. I've never even heard of them before the fraudulent charges were made on my credit card. ZERO stars is WAY TOO MANY

Update #2 - after many, many Gmails, they are finally refunding the money on the fraudulent account set up without our permission or authorization.

Sorry to read you've had this experience with our service.

To clarify, tou would only get charged if you went through the checkout process, completing your billing information and inserting your credit card information.

If you did not do go through this process, then a family member most likely did and used your credit card, or your credit card has been stolen altogether, which means you should get a new credit card.

We do not just go and start charging random credit cards. Users have to go through the entire checkout process, like any other website, to start being charged.

Positive feedback

Not only was I able to taste some free subs but I was able to invest in my channel and now I’m even a affiliate with the platform. Thank you guys

It doesn’t even work

It doesn’t even work. They use bots to make the site look like it has a great rating but it does NOT. You have to buy them. Plus, the subs and likes are deleted even though you buy them! Such a scam.

All subscriptions you receive are from other users, who are real people trying to gain more subscribers as well.

The paid plans guarantee retention - you do not lose them. If you do, you can contact us and we will resolve the issue, but this isn't an issue our paid users generally experience.
