I purchased kids masks from them as it was really difficult to find comfortable and effective masks for kids. Sonovia masks are amazing : my kids can keep them all day as they are very comfortable and lightweight.
I had a problem with my adult mask size as it was not fully covering my cheeks, which might be unusually large, and their customer service was amazing sending me a bigger size.

Great customer service. Extremely happy with masks and have now bought spare masks. They fit really well (the design for the chin is simple, clever and makes a helpful difference); the fit over the nose and cheeks is the best I have experienced. I am ‘Clinically Extremely Vulnerable’ and so need to feel as secure as possible. These masks truly help. Easy to wash in cool water as instructed.

A couple of months ago I ordered a Sonovia mask directly from Sonovia. I was amazed that it arrived in 3 days! It is easy to wash in my bathroom sink. I gently pat dry it with a towel and it completely air dries in 3-4 hours. I recently ordered a second mask as a backup. I have found their customer service team to be one of the fastest customer service teams to reply to emails of any company I've dealt with and I have found them to be very easy to work with. I followed their online instructions and photo of how to determine what size mask to order. It worked great! I love the adjustable ear loops and the fact that this mask does not fog my glasses. This mask truly covers my face. I highly recommend this company and their mask.

Found this product on line; really excellent can be worn for prolonged periods comfortably. Will be ordering another two for my wife and I.

A quality product

Ordered a mask and had a nightmare with DHL who eventually delivered on the 3rd attempt. The mask didn't fit as the size guide suggested a small which was too small !! Their returns policy on their website clearly states if you open the package then it's non returnable which they back tracked on later. I suggested I gift the mask to a friend and they give me a 50% discount on a replacement - they offered me 30% which I accepted but when I went to purchase the mask they wanted to charge me £8 for carriage🤦 Sometimes you just have to throw in the towel - P.S. Customer were mostly responsive 👍

The Pro Mask is a great product, probably the first comfortable mask I had.. love it!

I have found this company to have excellent customer service. Their response to initial queries regarding their product was fast and efficient - as was their order process which included free postage and 10% discount plus bulk buy discount. I feel much safer using a Sonoviatech product.

The claim that a treated material barrier can stop viral particles is quite an assertion. However, it is a most appealing idea & a great technological feat if true. I imagine it being widely applicable - for example in protective gloves in hazardous environments & in removable filters protecting vulnerable electronics where a mote of dust can have dire consequences. I have to regularly visit apothecaries for medication for my vulnerable 'shielding' partner, who cannot risk Covid 19 exposure. The mask will be of great value in this respect. An inspired product from a tiny dynamic nation.

I bought one of these masks for myself and one for my wife.
My wife wore hers to work and did not have it on for long as she said the inside has been getting very wet within a short period of time. Now she has had to go back to her normal mask. I also find that the nose bridge wire is quite flimsy. Quite disappointed really seeing we paid a lot for these masks thinking we would be more protected.

Mask fits well. Comfortable to wear. As a physician, working with Covid patients, I have not been ill. Comfortable enough to wear for eight consecutive hours.

The best masks I've found so far and I really appreciated the reactivity and kindness of the customer service.
The level of filtration and the fact that the fabric deactivates the virus that comes into contact with it is a big advantage.
The first masks had the defect of not having a size and not being adjustable but these defects have been corrected.
The last point that still needs to be improved is the E.shop which is not really practical. It is necessary to specify the details of your order in the comments section whereas it would be simpler to be able to specify your choices with a simple click.

We sing your praises all around Beverly Hills and Tampa! We’ve bought several masks and give them them to our friends and family. the last version is really impeccable and comfortable and I feel so very protected. I have been in five airports in the past four weeks, and know that the Sanovia is protecting me

Update 3/9/20
I contacted this company about the import duties. They asked me to send the receipt for the fee payment to them and they have in fact refunded me most, but not all the fees. I received a refund of £18.92 gbp although I paid £21.83 gbp. I have therefore put the stars up to 4, as they responded to my queries pretty fast. I still would not recommend anyone in the UK use them though, until such time as you can pay any import duties up front when you checkout, as you can see and check the duties are correct.

I was interested in this company's face masks. I had some lengthy correspondence via messenger with the company regarding shipping to the UK. I did try and explain that as they use DHL it would be really hard to buy these as DHL always add charges and they are nearly always wrong, but you cannot talk to anyone about them. I was trying to ask if they could use the DHL prepaid taxes option which I do use when shopping from the US and that is fine.
However, they gave up talking to me and I went to Amazon.com in the US. I ordered, thankfully, only one mask to try. Normally if I order items from Amazon.com they add on any taxes or import duties at checkout but there were no fees on this occasion. Two days later I got a demand for payment from DHL in the UK saying I had to pay £21.83! I don't even think face masks are vatable! The mask cost £53.29 so how they made that charge up I don't know. The DHL documentation did not explain.
So I just bought the world's most expensive face mask but I will never ever buy one of these again.
Note that this applies to anyone in the UK. If you live in another country like the US it might be fine
