Another person who nearly fell for this scam..in Australia.
Pressure advertising with 50% off then another $14 off if you order straight away. Accept PayPal, made me feel it was legit! I was just a few seconds away from paying and decided to have quick check of reviews. Thanks to everyone who wrote here... for the ones that bought this piece of #### don’t beat yourself up. It’s so easy to do. Just give the negative review, learn a lesson and move on. They are not worth thinking about. Moral lacking Mongrels. I believe in Karma.

I almost fell for the '1/2 price' offer. but I noticed all the happy buyers appeared to be in the USA, none in the UK?
As no guide to full price was indicated, i 'roamed' the internet to find out.

I found Trust Pilot! Thank goodness I pursued/ researched Sonoshine more thoroughly - Trust Pilot get the 5 stars - for helping UK buyers and others contemplating Sonoshine purchase to BEWARE!

Seems to me the '1/2 price' offer is just part of what is evidently a scam!

A plug for the Dental Industry!!
Just carry on brushing your teeth in the conventional manner, plus regular check-ups, and help Dentist's [both Private and NHS] do their job of helping us all to . . . . . . .keep a full spread of 'gnashers', and a 'Julia Roberts' style, engaging smile!

I thought to use this device to recapture my 'whites' lost after prolonged oral use of a certain brand of Extra Strong [liquorice?] mentholyptus tablets at bedtime!

Tried to leave a comment on their official website as all the reviews on the sonoshine website are false. Guess what - a message appeared stating “try again later server is busy”
Clearly a scam and a rip off and a big thank you to everyone that has left a review on here.

Its very bad for teeth you can easily damage your teeth by using it.

Got an e mail confirmation to say my purchase was being sent, today I got a message with a tracking number when I check on the delivery status it asks for a further 1.99 € postage.
Complete scam and am shocked and disappointed that paypal accept there customers money for such a fake company.

Don't buy this product. No customer service they have taken my money and disappeared. Note to self READ THE REVIEWS am so angry

Thank god I took the time to read the reviews. I was about to purchase this product. Something to me to read the review first. Thank you to all of the folks that left a bad Review. Sorry to the people that lost your money, but I can tell you that you saved millions of dollars for The American people. You saved me from buying this product.

The experience of buying this feels like a total scam. I would rate it zero stars if possible for product and for customer service. First the box does not any where indicate that it is ‘Sono shine’. The delivery of the product initially was very slow although I was reassured when I contacted them which gave me false hopes. The product arrived already charged and although I was’nt totally impressed by the quality it did seem to remove some stains from my teeth. After I attempted to charge it for the first time it no longer worked would not charge would not work. 93days after I received it I emailed to find out it is no longer guaranteed no further help offered.
They have a very aggressive advertising campaign which I am angry I fell for.
My advice is DO NOT BUY

Of course I wouldn’t give them even 1 star ⭐️ as the product never arrived and I never received a reply about the whereabouts of the ordered sonoshine dental cleaning product. Unfortunately I only read the negative reviews after I ordered it. I will cut my loss and take it as a learning curve. A WARNING TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! Stay clear of this company unless you have money to waste. IT’S A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!

If I could rate this a zero, I would. The tool is plastic, cheap. It arrived broken and couldn't be used. Yet, despite their website claim (and I quote their main page) "90 day guaranteeIf you’re not satisfied with our product, simply return it for a full refund!", I was told they would not refund the full amount. They withhold shipping costs (substantial due to lithium battery). I shouldn't have to pay ANYTHING when they send me a defective, non-working product.

Bought one on order (0286D260EC) and was totally disappointed when the equipment arrived. It looked nothing like that which was advertised, did not conform to description and not worth trying to see if it is fit for purpose. Looked like some hexagonal relic part of a 1962 Soviet Space Craft, disgusting. Number of packaged items did not match corresponding packing list, did not have a USB charging cable as listed. I will not recommend this to anybody. Con job.

Useless, it does nothing for your teeth, except possible damage.. if you look at all the reviews from their advert, they all ‘updated their profile picture’ on Facebook 1. October 2020, no friends, no posts, no other photos. So all the reviews are fake from fake people. Is that legal?🤔

Useless product. The head does not attach to the body properly. Doesn't lock in place and falls off when trying to use. Customer service requested a video, which I can't send because of size (even for very short video). Ridiculous. They should know the problem since it apparently has been reported before. Huge rip-off.

FAKE PRODUCT!!! How dare they advertise Sonoshine and mail out a product with no name anywhere on the box and it MADE IN CHINA!!! BEWARE THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOE ADVERTISING A FAKE PRDUCT. THERE THIEVES!! When I contacted customer service she also lied and told me there repackaging the Sonoshine. I can not find it anywhere on Instagram, Facebook or tic toc.
Your better off buying it from Amazon. So disappointed!!!

Appart from waiting,probably due to shipping problems,I look forwards to be able to use my sonoshine.
The support crew were excellent in reassuring me that the product would eventually arrive, which it has now done.Thanks to all concerned.

This company and product are a total scam. I purchased the first one and it was fully charged when it arrived. Used it for about 5 weeks and as the battery started to die, I plugged it into a USB outlet. After more than 24 hours it was still dead. I called the “award winning customer service” and Lyka said “no problem, we’ll send you a new one”. Well, the same thing happened with the second one. This time Lyka was not so “award winning customer service”. She refused to send me my money back because according to her, it worked when I received it! Oh and because it was no longer under warranty period from the initial purchase date. Yeah well my definition of “it works” is a product that works for more than just a few weeks. I asked to speak with her manager and her reply was she doesn’t have just one manager and that they would tell me the same thing. Since she is the only one who answers the phone, I think she is the manager and scam artist.

Absolute scam. Aggressive adds, intrusive and disgusting adds for something that is nothing more than cheap stuff. Stay clear of this scam.

I fell for their 50% off "pressure sales tactics" and placed an order for Sono Shine. The next day I emailed their support centre to cancel the order as I had read bad reviews. They lied to me about it having already shipped, gave me the wrong tracking number and said they couldn't stop shipment. UPS said the account-holder CAN stop transit. Another lie. The next day they emailed to say my order was NOW being shipped and gave me a different tracking number. Again said they couldn't cancel it and I would have to pay the costs of Return. I had to wait for delivery and refuse it! The dentist reviews warn this appliance could damage gums and tartar and plaque removal are different things. I now believe their "good reviews" to be bogus. I do not recommend dealing with this company. They do not disclose their actual address either. Highly suspicious!

Absolute scam I never received my order a lot of hassle to get refund thankfully I paid through PayPal and eventually got refund.
