Bought sheets from this company in 3 colors, blue, sage, and purple. Washed as directed, swapped them out after washing so I'd cycle through the different colors. Barely a month of use each, the fitted sheet started having tears, especially by the corner seams but also on the sides. I contacted the company directly about this to see what can be done as now I purchased 3 sets of sheets all tearing with barely much use. They at 1st emailed back and asked me to send pictures of the sheets and proof of Amazon Invoice which I gladly did. I haven't heard back since. So I'm posting a review now both about the crappy quality of the sheets and the lack of response or care of the company that is promoting that these are quality sheets. I've had cheap Walmart sheets last years compared to these and these are supposed to be higher thread count and supposedly much better quality! Don't waste your money on these sheets just for them to last barely a month and have to go shopping for more. And customer service does not care about the quality of their product, or responding to customer complaints. I've told everyone I know about the bad quality of these sheets and this company and lack of service.

I had ordered Sonorokate sheets in the past. I recently ordered 2 additional sets. I was sent some Chinese brand instead of what I ordered. I returned the sheets, at my expense and have been trying to get the return shipping refunded, as per their refund policy. So far I’ve sent 3 emails with no response. Very poor customer service.

Scam website. I ordered Sonoro Kate sheets but they shipped me Shi-Lu-Cheng sheets. The ones I got are a cheaper brand and on Amazon they cost $20 but I paid over $40 because I thought I was getting Sonoro Kate sheets. Bait and switch. I will file a dispute with my credit card company because they are not responding to my emails which is another red flag that this is a scam website.

I ordered these 1800 thread count microfiber sheets from the website, and I ran into a little hiccup along the way. But the seller was super quick in sorting things out for me. Their customer service is top-notch! I've got to say, considering the price, the quality of these sheets and the service I received is seriously impressive. It's a fantastic deal!
