My experience is exactly like the one outlined in the previous review. After two weeks of use, charging became problematic and the power button had to be pressed hard for it to work. After two months, it stopped charging entirely. I contacted customer service and was told that problems had to be reported within SEVEN DAYS of unit arrival, so there was nothing that they could do about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CLEANER!
Bought the unit in January 2026. It came with an extended 1 year warranty. Manual was not included, as stated. A charging cable was included. From the start, charging the unit was always a challenge. Had to plug and unplug the cord until it finally started charging. The power button was the same. Had to keep pressing the button until it would turn on the unit. As the months progressed I had to charge the unit more frequently until it stopped charging and working. Sent numerous e-mails to customer support and was answered very promptly. Went through their numerous requests for videos of the unit plugged in... The last reply said it was going to the warranty department for a decision. It has been over 2 weeks now, with no response to my 2 e-mails. DO NOT BUY THIS DENTAL CLEANER.
