Stay away

I found it very time consuming to use. I decided to return it and they gave me a wrong return address, in Buffalo, NY and it cost me $18 to send it because they do not send a return label. Now I have to send it again for another $18. The y ar e not a cusromer friendly company, at all. They don't even take phone calls, email only.

Fun but useless

This is one size fits all so it was a bit large and barely touches my teeth. After 2 weeks it seized up- won’t charge. Customer service and support team unresponsive. Don’t waste your time or money.

Well I ordered their toothbrushes and…

Well I ordered their toothbrushes and their toothpaste and then attempted to cancel my order since I smelled a rat but the system would not allow me backtrack and cancel. So I stopped short of confirming the order but to my amazement, the charge showed on my credit card account. From my credit card company, I disputed the charges and I'm waiting for the outcome. Also I got their product through Costco. But when I attempted to contact them through Costco, I couldn't get through. So now I'm convinced that they are a scam outfit. Don't order anything from them.

It took a while but they did come through!

So I bought the toothbrush and sonic tartar removal tool. It took a while to arrive and i wondered if I had been scammed. Well no, the units did arrive albeit later than I had expected. The toothbrush charger base stopped working a week or so later. i contacted them for a replacement. They replied they could not send a base only and would send a new unit base and brush. A month or so later, no replacement arrived. I contacted them again to inquire and they apologized and did in fact send the replacement.

If you purchase this item be very careful when you put the brush back on the charger base. The pins that contact the bottom of the brush unit are very delicate. ( it would be better if they were spring tensioned and would retract - a design flaw) With care you'll get good use of the brush unit.

Fraud

I ordered this product in December of 2023 and I never received the product, the tracking always showed that it was delayed at a facility. Now thy say it was lost in transit. I have requested a refund and they say the money was refunded but I never received the refund. As of today I am still sending them emails and I get the same response, that it was refunded but they won’t give me the last four of the account # it was supposedly refunded to.I guess I will be reporting this as fraud to the FTC.

Sonic Glow scam

Ordered a sonic glow pick 2 of them actually and I have not received my order. I am now convinced this is a scam company. Don't be naive like me and just don't order from Sonic glow!!!

Don't Walk ... Run Away From Sonic Glow Toothbrush Scam

Can you imagine a company with a return policy that does not inlude a return shipping label or a drop off location in the United States. It costs more to return the toothbrush to China than the cost of the actual toothbrush.

Had the product worked as advertised I would not be returning it at all but using it, recommending it to friends, writing a glowing review on their site and letting my dentist know what a great item this is. But the bottom line is that it did not deliver as promised. In fact, it didn't work at all. This is a complete scam!

I would imagine that their U.S. sales will be difficult once it is known on "product reviews" that you can't return the product within the USA. I tried to be reasonable but they need a better return solution or a prepaid return label so that buyers can return this useless, over priced item.

My review of 11/23/2023 is updated.

Updating my review of 11/23/2023, I'd give 0 stars if possible. As of today -- 12/28/2023 -- Sonic Glow has not replied to my request for replacement of a then 6- week old toothbrush that failed. Customer service is as poor as their product is low quality. I'm out $94+ for a toothbrush that failed shortly after I received it. I'll recycle it with other electronic junk.

Sonic Glow funds the theft of your data for spam emails!

Sonic Glow pays for the theft of your data and now has spam emails sent every morning. I have never used their products, and yet they have my email address where I receive junk emails every morning at the EXACT time as other company junk emails. Clearly they have paid someone to steal my information and illegally send me emails. Do not sign up and give them your information!

I may have been taken

SonicGlow Pick ....So far they've taken my money and told me that they would send tracking when it shipped. I called the third party customer service number in the confirmation email and was told that they received a shipment of mouth products "on Friday" and that product should be moving soon. Went to the website to supposedly direct customer service...a different number but the same person answered the phone. I may have been taken. When you can't fulfill and order, don't TAKE the order, or at least don't CHARGE the customer and let them know the score.

It is not worth the time and money to…

It is not worth the time and money to obtain this brush.
I ordered this brush and didn't receive a receipt anywhere on line (my emails, the site,etc...).
When I inquired as to why, I was sent an email that showed the supposed total but NO breakdown of the charges. When I, finally, reached someone to talk to (after searching a long time for a contact point), I was told that they were not able to breakdown the costs for me. By this point I gave up on ordering and requested a cancellation and a refund, since it had not shipped yet.
I started to get auto-generated generic "replies".
After repeated insistance for some info, I got an email that broke down the refund I would receive.
I didn't receive ANY refund money until weeks later and alot of requests by me.
It was not the right amount and I have been trying to get my original amount since then,
I, finally, had to put this company's incorrect fund in dispute.
The customer service here is abysmal and it it is just not worth it to waste your time with them.
If I could, I would give them a minus rating.
