Accurate information, good communication, will like work again

Mateo and his company were great. My car made it to the destination on time and they were easy to work with.

We were so excited that both of the vehicles arrived so quickly and undamaged to us. Mateo Richardson did an exceptional job in finding the auto hauler at the last minute when our previous one canceled a day before the pickup of my vehicles. I couldn’t be more grateful because we were leaving town and had to have these vehicles on the auto hauler.

Henry was extremely thorough and communicative. In an industry filled with scammers, Henry proved there are some good people still there.

Mateo was very helpful, kept in contact throughout the process and my car made it to the destination before I did!

Raymond was very helpful and professional. Quickly found a driver in an hour when others couldn’t.

The service was quick and easy. They were very caring. Robin V helped me get my vehicle transported quickly and safely!

John Gardner and Sonic got our car to us quickly and at a fair price. I had used a different company previously and John and Sonic were far superior.

Worked with John, twice, and hes been great!! He was able to get something shipped that was outside of the norm the second time. Very punctual with keeping me updated. Pricing was within my budget as well. I dont do much shipping but if I need to again he will be my first call!

Robin Vasquez was great to work with. He was able to find a deal within my budget. They didn’t require a deposit before finding a driver, which is a plus.

This was one of the worst towing experiences i have ever had. They locked me into a price and held my car hostage until i paid them triple. The police called it extortion, why because i had file a police report. Don't use them, they are a shady broker, with shady employees that play games because they only want to take your money.

Their immediate response is damage control. It is generic on all sites and not true based on the fact they responded to emails saying they investigated themselves and found no wrong doing. The police report says otherwise.

Great experience with this company. Always get my cars picked up on time with great customer service and affordable rates.

James Williams and the team at Sonic helped me get my broken down ‘97 Jeep Wrangler from Maryland to Virginia. James was always in touch, and found a driver for the right price. I can’t thank him enough for all his help!

Thomas Miller was able to get my vehicle shipped at a fair rate when no one else could. He worked hard to meet my budget and expectations. Will definitely use again on my next one.

The most important thing is on time.

In general the service was good though there were some unexpected cost increase in last minute. The actual pick up and drop off schedules were not as per the promises of Sonic.
But the driver Ronnie was very helpful. He gave a realistic and sensible time lines and delivery and pick up schedules. So our interaction with the driver was clear and very good whereas the service from Sonic was okay.

I had my car transferred about 200 miles. Victory Wenzel was my resource and he was very helpful. Trying to get me the best deal and not be taken advantage of when I was in a compromising situation needing my car moved. I appreciate his patience and his help.
