Lovely end table with wheels.
I paid for the item but did not get confirmation of purchase or delivery, I contacted the company and they promptly sorted - it was to do with email address, once they identified I got my confirmation and delivery next day. Customer support were excellent in sorting in a speedy and efficient manner. I will definitely use this company again.

Hereby just a positive feedback from me as a customer concerning products in general.

I haven't ever seen such perfect furniture preparation for customer's needs: package itself, components packing, pre-drillings for assembly, precision of holes, fasteners dividing by subass., assembly drawings etc. .... everything is just the best!

⁷Bed was too good to be true. Bought on amazon. Missing parts. I dont have a problem returning faulty goods. Dont muck customers around..took days off work, no dx collection. Another day 4 delivery bunch of nonsense. Would give no stars.

with zero tracking was a Joke. Had to arrange my OWN Return, print label , delivery. Had to get Amazon customer care involved, 4 a claim from Amazon A-z 3rd party refund + delivery.
No Dont buy from this company.
Btw the website customer care telephone is from 2 pm -8pm, onwards ! 😆 🤣

I’d like to convey my huge appreciation for Heidi’s timely, efficient and personal customer service in processing a refund for my mistaken purchase.

Dreadful company - please don't buy from them or via Amazon. Purchased an item of furniture. Supposedly delivered on a day and time, but I was in the house and the ring camera saw no attempted delivery. Rather than provide evidence of delivery, they attempted to bully me saying that I had to fill in a form before any refund could happen. I refused. Still to see any evidence that they attempted delivery. Bought via amazon so should get my money back. Should have looked at the reviews before I bought - no one has anything positive to say about them

The product I ordered looked like it had already been returned as it was not in any packaging but I did not have any problems returning the item in fact its the best customer service I have received in some time!

I bought the “SONGMICS 5-Tier Steel Shelving Units 40 x 90 x 180 cm Silver GLR040E02” on Amazon UK website and I found that the frame and the shelves of the item are sharp and dangerous. The frame is not strong and wobbles despite all the shelves were fitted. There are no screws with this item so the stability fails. The four pillars at each corner slightly wobble, feels like tin and can be easily bent with your bare hand, with 2mm thick material and 4mm MDF board - not sure if it can hold 185kg per shelf. The dangerous parts are the pillars where two half joins with a clip (see pictures) and when you move the built shelf, it comes off. I spent two hours to build the shelf and the shelves clips were keep coming of the shelf. These clips are very sharp and that is why they provide you with a pair of gloves. I do not know other people have commented that it is strong. It is a huge failure to mislead customers. The outer package box was damages so I cannot return it. No option to attach pictures on TrustPilot.

Purchased a bathroom cabinet from here it’s the worst quality I’ve ever seen in flat pack. The screws are in the total wrong place. There’s no way you can attach the bottom of the unit to the top of the unit. Avoid this company at all cost basically trash.

Both from this company via Amazon. When the item arrived it was not as described, not as expected. Try to contact them a few times. They want me to return it out of my own cost us to try and explain to them. I'm not going to return this and to be perfectly honest I bought it to gift it to a family that we're in need so to be censoring that was not less described. Was very disappointing and very upsetting for the family that was in need. Didn't seem to care too much as long as they get their money so just put it down to the Loss but I'm not very happy with this company at all as you reply, I messaged you a couple of times and explained to you. It was going to be far too inconvenient the way you wanted to do things. I bought this bed as a charity to a family that needed it. I gifted this bed to somebody, therefore the mistake should never have been in the first place. I could hardly go to the people who I gift it do and asked for the bed back. Can I? They'd already been through enough and there was already hard enough for them to ask for this bed in the first place. Therefore you sending out the wrong item was an inconvenience all around. Nobody else to blame but your company. It's not difficult to send out an item a person has bought. If you can't supply it, do it. Don't advertise it so my review will stand on here and on Amazon as you didn't supply what I paid for

My parcel never arrived, a very rude person who called me seems to be a seller and customer service in one person, shouted at me and tried to push me to download some unknown apps to make a refund !?! I bought the item via Amazon and never heard that the Amazon seller can’t make a refund via Amazon LOL

In my experience their products are of not particularly good quality, but it is not this that I take issue with. They do accept returns for faulty items, but refuse to send out spare parts, if the issue is only with a small component and they will not re-ship a new item to you. So if there’s a small issue with an item, your only option is to return it for a refund. No replacement item!🤷‍♂️

I purchased a picture frame set but all the links that connected them together were missing, I contacted support and they refused to supply the missing parts because I bought their product from a shop that was over 100 miles away
