Lied about stock status. Took nine days to tell me. Dont answer the phone.
I ordered 2 PFD lifejackets for the kids so they could join me on my new standup paddle board.
They were listed as in stock.
One week after the order I had heard nothing- so wrote and asked if they would be shipping soon. They never replied.
9 days after ordering a received an automated generic response saying there had been a computer issue and that these were not in stock. It did not mention my name or the product name so they likely send these a lot.
I note that their sister shop Kayakstore still has these same items listed as in stock.
I rang them and was on hold for 10 minutes before being cut off. I tried twice.
I have however receive 2 spam emails from them I never signed up for.
Ironically I chose them as they were based in Sweden. I try to support local suppliers and thought they would be quick and reliable.
So need to tell kids there are likely no family outings on the water this year. :(
And I will never be dealing with these people again.
