Indicator no longer working and website is down. I don't know what to do or who to contact

The company is engaged in fraud, they do not return money (they supposedly have a money-back guarantee if the client does not like their product), they do not respond to messages either in discord (they respond with a ready-made script) or on the site, complete silence. After several messages (there is evidence, unfortunately, it is impossible to attach screenshots to this review) they first deleted my messages, and then blocked me in their discord for a week, I can not write anything there. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THE PLEASURE OF THESE SCAMMERS! RETURN MY MONEY IF THE PROJECT ADMINISTRATION READS THIS! @samandar.fx (samandar.aff) - my discord.

I cannot recommend this product, nor the customer service that accompanies it. The "30 day money back guarantee" advertised on their website is simply untrue.

I purchased access to the indicator some time ago, and it failed to meet my expectations due to errors within it. After some time, I decided to check if these errors had been corrected, only to find they were not. Consequently, I requested a refund in accordance with the information provided on their site. My request was denied. I do not recommend this service.

Great support and large community. The customer orientation of Sonarlab is fantastic: whether it's to coach you around the SMC concepts and make the best use of the strategy in a comprehensive way. I've never seen such a reactivity with other tools / indicators. It really worth the investment.

It's was great experience to have my hands on this SMC Indicator. It's very well developed for best decision making on technical analysis. It also help to improve knowledge and better to learn new things about the markets daily. I really recommend this best technical analysis Indicator for SMC strategies.

I want to thank Sonarlab, customer service.
I signed up for 1 year subscription of their SMC Pro trading indicators to see what SMC is about. I saw they had a 30 day 100% money back guarantee so saw now problem to cancel if SMC was not a good fit for my way of trading. Two days later I decided to cancel then to my surprise learned the guarantee was not for 1 year plan. My mistake for not checking their policy up close.

Caity, at Sonarlab, was very understanding and although they normally do not do refunds on yearly and quarterly subscriptions she gave me the refund. I appreciate it as I should have looked at and understood the policy. Their trading indicators are based on market structure and are a excellent visual guide for anyone that like that method.

Ordered their ITC indicator, which I decided wasnt to my liking within about an hour of testing it out.Their own claim was 30 day money back guarantee. I contacted them within the first hour via their portal and didn't hear anything, assumed it was going to refund at the end of 30 days. I got some notice email 2 weeks after about the cancelation ending my service but nothing about refund; I emailed them about my refund and no reply. I waited a good few weeks after end of 1st month still nothing, trying hard to get in touch. BAD SERVICE, fly by night company

The indicator is awesome! Unluckily It wasn't mandatory necessary for my trading, so I decided to request a refund. It was super simple through a discord-ticket. The customer service was responding super quick and my refund was confirmed after 2 hours. If you're looking for a good SMC-Indicator with a 5-Star customer service, Sonarlab is the way to go!!

It has been 3 business days since I requested a refund for my purchase and still no response.

Edit: they fixed my problem, I am very happy with their services.

The Sonarlab indicator(s) are a extension for my trading skills.
The SMC indicator fits perfect for my trading strategy, the chart work it's saved me is really a joy. The communication with the sonarlab team is also perfect.
I am really happy that I've discovered this.

Very professional indicator and customer service. I worked with Luxalgo Indicator and SonarLab. The luxalgo indicator does not have one-tenth the capabilities of the Sonarlab indicator. They only use the combination of colors to introduce the indicator, which is very important in marketing science, but this important point is not observed in the introduction of the Sonarlab indicator. My friends, you will not find a more professional indicator than Sonarlab in this area
