This company took a subscription from my credit card even though I did not subscribe to their services. I then contacted them and they gave me a long story about no refunds and making an exception for me BUT first I need to send them a screen shot of a POSITIVE REVIEW and DO NOT MENTION REFUND and only then will they process the refund. Well, I refuse to be complicit in the fraudulent scam and have reported them to my bank as a scam and fraud and i am also reporting them to the Consumer Council in Cyprus (which is where they are based

I was scammed! I used a link in Facebook to enter a website to buy something but after the purchase I got an email from Somy Sport saying that I have purchased a membership. I did not want a membership and I had never heard about this website before or what they offer. This was misleading advertising. When I realized that instead of what I want to buy I bought a membership in this website, I immediately called my credit card to cancel it but they told me that I needed to talk to the business where I made the purchase because they need to cancel the operation. So I went to the Sommy Sport website and I used the chat option in the website to talk to an agent. I explained my problem to Andy who very kindly helped me to cancel my membership. The customer service is very good, fast and efficient and they solved my problem. But I had this problem because they sold me something very different from what I thought I was buying in the first place. That is the reason I only give them one start. I do not know what they sell or what is the membership for so I can not give a review about that. I hope I don't have further problem with this membership or website in the future.

Happy with the agents assistance, she made me to be rest assured that I will get my refund back after subscribing on the Web without knowing
