Ordered
Ordered, many delays in transit. Finally says it was delivered but wasn't. Tried to call, number doesn't work. Tried two emails, bounced back. Message them on the FB page, canned response. HORRIBLE!

I received the ring in a cheap plastic packing, in the first week of June. I wrote to Somnux on their contact, support and info email IDs with a few queries on June 10, 2025. Never heard back from the company.
Poor customer service. Does not issue refund. Telephone is disconnected, no response to emails.
Magnets popped out after only a couple weeks of wear. They refuse returns stating return policy which does not account for faulty product. Disappointing
My ring came and I was super excited to use it. Unfortunately within 4 hours of wearing it one of the magnets popped out and the next day it had turned my finger green. I emailed their customer support and they asked me to provide a photo. After I sent the photo I never got a reply back. Terrible customer service.
SCAM. The ring I received is so cheaply made. The "magnets" are not set properly, and there are blobs of glue sticking out around them. Came in a plain white envelope in a cheap plastic dime bag from China. So much for being Canadian.
I have tried everything to get a refund, under their "money back guarantee", but they won't respond. I've sent 4 emails, commented on a bunch of Facebook posts, and have tried calling. All to no avail. The funny thing is, if you email them about your order status, they'll respond ASAP, but if you mention the word refund, crickets.
They claim to be a Canadian company and even list an address in Toronto for their offices. When you place an order, their website will show a projected delivery date a couple days away from when you order, but once you place your order you find out it's coming from China. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to diss China, but I do think a company projecting themselves as Canadian with a Canadian website on their page needs to be more transparent and not try to dupe customers into thinking they're supporting Canadian. It's not even that it's a product made in China that they ship themselves from Toronto (I'd be fine with that)... but it's not even shipped from their company in Toronto - it's shipped directly from China. When I noticed this on the tracking, I reached out to them to give them a chance to explain/comment and got a very generic email back saying:
Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to update on our site, but rest assured that your package is moving through the system.
We understand that waiting for an order can be a bit frustrating and we sincerely apologize if this causes any concern. Your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you.
They didn't address my concerns at all! Frustrated that I was lied to when I was told I'd receive my product on April 1st and yet it is still in China today, April 2nd. Very deceitful practices
