I had bad sleepproblems. Then I saw an add at my insurance company ans read about it on their site. I use it now for 3 years and it really helps me to get to sleep. Wonderful. no more sleeping pills.

Makes a Big Difference for Me
I’ve been using my Somnox for a while now and I’m really happy with the improvements, especially the fact that you can now choose your own music and sounds. For me that makes a big difference. I have two cats who aren’t exactly cuddle fans, so being able to play the sound of a purring cat through the Somnox really helps me relax.
One minor downside is durability. My cats do love cuddling with the Somnox, and their little claws have left some holes in the foam over time. Also, it’s not very easy to replace the cover or the black sleeve once they start showing wear and tear. Still, these are small issues compared to the comfort and peace of mind the Somnox brings.
Overall, I’m very happy with it and wouldn’t want to miss it anymore.

In minute our breathing is slowing down again

Somnox is very helpful in slowing yourself down during the day, in order to sleep better during the night. In bed I appreciate the calming music and nature sounds, and the ability to play podcasts.
The customer service is excellent. The people that work for Somnox are very dedicated to their product and the optimal use of it. They really take time to help you if you have questions or need help.

Great help for anxiety and sleep issues
The Somnox is a great product which helps me with anxiety and sleep issues. There are many settings available for the breathing rhythm, the use of music or a guided meditation. And it comes with an app which can track your usage of the product. I bring it along with me whenever I am feeling a bit sad or anxious and it helps me to stay more centered and calm.

I had the first experience with Somnox…
I had the first experience with Somnox on the breath work event of the breath work movement. As a breath coach I am always open for improvements or what I can value with breath work. So I ordered the Somnox and first took the device to my mother of 92 . She was not only very relaxed and for her it felt like holding a baby but so almost felt asleep as well. So that convinced me that the Somnox is also a great tool for elderly people/homes.
I also worked with a client who needed surgery and she was quite tensed. So after the coach session I offered her the Somnox for a good sleep and to stay calm before the surgery. She told me that the Somnox was of great help before the operation but she also had a good night of sleep.
The other experience was with a client who had a difficult time due to the lost of her husband and it was hard for her to connect on a deeper level with her emotions. After combining body work with the Somnox she experienced a lot of emotions because she felt more connected to with herself.
So for me this are really great experiences and I am also looking forward to work with the devices of Somnox for children.
So yes I am a fan . Thank you Julian and your team for bringing the benefits of breath work to the world.

Earlier i had a cat
Earlier i had a cat, the purring calmed me down. Because of illness a cat is no longer an option. My somnox helps me now to have a better sleep. I dìd give her a furry coat though..

I bought my bot about +4 years ago. After some initial setting up issues it has been working extraordinary well. In fact, I am using it EVERY night. It gets me to sleep very quickly, and my Fitbit sleep scores are always in the high eighties! Love it. Bought one for my daughter too.

It made me feel safe
It made me less anxious at night, made me fall faster asleep. The sounds comforted me, especially the nature noises. They made me feel safe. With the teddy cover, it feels like you're holding a stuffed animal, so familiar. It made me feel more safe at nighttime when I'm alone and feeling unsafe.

Better nights
Since I have used my Somnox-robot I have slept much better. I had to get used to it but in a few weeks I noticed that it worked! I have slept with it every night for 6 months ans after that I only use it after busy days when I presume that I might sleep bad. And for me it works.
