Was sold a mouth guard £70. Completely didn’t fit and after repeated tries it kept coming loose in my mouth whilst I slept (dangerous) the customer care refused to do anything to support the problem. Complete waste of money of cheap poor products. Avoid
Aggressive rather than helpful owner of company. Bullying and nasty of neurodivergent customer. Got more aggressive the more emails. Left me feeling very distressed.
I have just placed another order to somnishop.co.uk, a German company specialising in CPAP equipment.
They are VERY good. The products are legit, very competitively priced, delivery is quick and everything arrives in good order, without excess packaging.
I recommend to anyone looking for a new, maybe different type of mask etc. There is a fair, clear returns policy if required. They also sell other relevant items, like special cleaning fluid, Cpap pillows etc. Definitely a five star company.
