Chaotic handling.
I ordered a set (trousers and jumper) to Europe. Paid high shipping + customs.
They just shipped the sweater and forgot the pants - can happen. However I haven’t been refunded appropriately and am not happy with this service at all.
In comparison to other online shops not a customer friendly fair handling (I communicated with Gerardo).
Would not buy here again under these circumstances and if they don’t refund me accordingly.
