My parcel was delayed due to reasons beyond my knowledge but I phoned something different to express my concerns because it was a birthday present for my daughter, this is a family company and I spoke with one of them , he was fantastic, said he would chase it up and get back to me. Well he did!! Not only did he reassure me that he had it in hand, he promised me he would send another one out directly to my daughter if he had to, anyway it came the next day and all was well
