I've been wearing hearing aids for the past few years and have occasionally had problems with wax build-up. I've visited Steve at Somerset Microsuction on a few occasions and have been very pleased with the service he has offered. Where there has been a build-up of wax then Steve has dealt with it very effectively. On the most recent visit there was not too much to deal with so the charge was reduced. I have no hesitation in recommending Somerset Microsuction.
