My therapist made my experience great
Going into my first therapy session I was a little nervous as I've never been to one before, My therapist shae made my experience great, she was comforting, helpful and friendly and made me feel heard. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, I would highly recommend talking to someone. health, they make you feel at ease from the start. I'm so glad I was pointed in the direction of someone.health it is doing me a world of good and I'm on my way to being my normal self again 😁
Very seamless process from beginning…
Very seamless process from beginning till actual therapy session. Easy to book a session with flexibility to choose from different time slots. Staff is really supportive and responsive too. Would highly recommend anyone struggling to give it a try. They also support bulk billing and not only that but also arrange a session with the GP for assessment to get you on the Mental Health Care Plan. So, please don't suffer in silence and reach out to get the professional help you need and you'll be taken care of.

Update website e.g when booking…
Update website e.g when booking appointment there should be a link next to the psychologist name to see bio. Instead having to open a new tab click on find psychologist scroll down all the names to eventually find the psychologist your looking to book with to read there bio to see if going to suit you. Or at least have all the psychologists in alphabetical order instead of all jumbled up when trying to read bio of new psychologist. Takes a while scrolling all the way down and up trying to find psychologist to read bio.
Safe, secure, and more comfortable! Highly recommend!!
I've tried many times seeing a psychologist in person, and it was hard. My anxiety couldn't handle itself, so i never showed up for the second appointment with any of them. Since coming together with Someone.health i feel comfortable talking with them, just knowing i can be in my own comfort zone while having a conversation on the phone. The lady im seeing seems like she is very bubbly and willing to listen and give advice. So i highly recommend Someone.health

Easily Accessible and Affordable Mental Health Support
After a long period of no mental health therapy I had been struggling to cope with my complex diagnosis, triggers and challenges and have become a shadow of myself. Yesterday was a blessed relief for me to talk to someone who was supportive, understanding and compassionate. Rhys Paul immediately built rapport and was both insightful, knowledgeable and helpful. Someone's Health is easy to use, constant communication and 24/7 support. It is also bulk billed and affordable for people on a low income. Yesterday I felt I could breathe again. Highest recommendations.

Psychologist only stayed for 1/2 our session
My psychologist Susanne Gilmour arrived to our session 10 minutes late. 30 minutes into the session she said she had to go because her battery was running out and she couldn't be late to her next appointment. She was content to cut my session almost in half but not the next client. I told her I wanted my whole session and she said she had to go.

Leading up to this I was a little…
Leading up to this I was a little anxious as I’ve never used this sort of service nor opened up about the pressures in my life. From the first moment I spoke with my psychologist that anxiety just washed away. I felt at ease and as though I was in a safe place to reach out for the help I needed. Thank you so much.
