I once bought a Christmas tree and when…

I once bought a Christmas tree and when we brought it in the cats and dog kept circling the tree. I was afraid a mouse was in it but it proved to be a squirrel. It was not easy to get rid of it. When I tell people they think I made it up. However my two now grownup sons know it to be true and this will be such a great memory to have. I live in Canada and unfortunately am avoiding buying from the USA due your government’s treatment of us. Nevertheless this I did have to get. And I love a lot about your country. Merry Christmas

Keep Trying!!!

I had tried 3 times to charge this item and my card was declined. Tried again and it went through! I’m so glad it did because my daughter loves books and I felt this mug would be the perfect gift for her!

I put wrong shipping address

I put wrong shipping address. I put 11206 Kingsbarn Ct, it shoulda been 11406 Kingsbarn Ct -- there was no way to contact you to fix this. then I contacted credit card company and got the phone number I left 2 messages with no reply!!!

I needed to correct an incorrect…

I needed to correct an incorrect delivery address (my fault for not checking before placing order) but order acknowledgement did not include any order number or means of contact to make the correction. This is not good policy.
