If you're thinking about working with Solvyris – don't. Here's why.
I never write reviews, but this one I can't keep to myself. Let me introduce you to the man behind the curtain: Raouf Mohamed Adel Mohamed Said Adel ELDEEB. He runs two entities – Solvyris Certification USA L.L.C. and Solvyris International Ltd – though "runs" might be too generous a word.
I started digging because something felt off. No real clients. No case studies. No trace of their offices on Google Maps – just fancy addresses that lead nowhere. Their UK company? Dormant. A sleeping giant that never actually wakes up to do any work. And the US branch? Equally mysterious. You'd think a company claiming to certify others would have at least one visible success story. Crickets.
But the real horror show isn't the paperwork – it's the people. I managed to talk to a few former employees (they begged me not to name them, and I get why). What they described is a man who is not just difficult, but genuinely cruel. According to them, Raouf Adel is arrogant, perpetually miserable, and utterly unprofessional. He treats his own staff like dirt – second‑class citizens in their own jobs. Yelling, belittling, humiliating – that's his management style.
And here's the kicker: he's desperate. Because there are no clients. Zero. Nada. So instead of fixing his broken business model, he takes it out on his managers. He panics, blames them for not landing deals, throws tantrums, and makes everyone's life hell. It's not leadership – it's a tantrum factory run by a man who can't face his own failure.
So if you're considering Solvyris for certification or anything else, ask yourself: do you really want to put your trust in a company that doesn't exist, led by a guy who can't even keep his own team from fleeing in disgust? Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Walk away. There are plenty of legitimate firms out there – this isn't one of them.
