I have nothing to add, only to confirm. The worst real estate company.

After checking out of my rental of three years, they deduct security deposit without giving proof of pictures. We did a complete check-out with them and got confirmed there were no issues.

Customer service is only through a form, they dont reply often and even after 5! times they do not provide a solution.

I would not recommend renting or buying with them.

I don't actually know what the point of this company is. I've contacted them several times about buying a property in Spain, even put in a cash offer and no response. Anyone thinking of using this firm to sell their property, don't bother, they're absolutely useless.

I also had dealings with them about a Portugese property a couple of years ago, same thing. Must be the same all over.

I found a suitable rental property for my elderly Mother on their website but have not had any response to my interest for 3 days. The phone is never answered and they never callback as promised on their website. I went through a third party on the internet who responded to me immediately to let me know they had contacted Solvia but still no response. I am pleased I checked reviews as they clearly are not a company I would rent from.

My experience with Solvia.es has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

After showing interest in purchasing a property through them, I was asked to make a deposit as part of the buying process. Unfortunately, due to legitimate and valid reasons, I had to back out of the deal. I expected to get my deposit back, as it was well within my rights to do so. However, Solvia did not return my money, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably.

It wasn't until I involved an official lawyer that I was able to get my money back, after a long and stressful legal process. The entire experience felt like a scam, and their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency left me deeply frustrated.

I would never recommend Solvia.es to anyone. If you value your peace of mind and financial security, look elsewhere. What they did was unacceptable and felt like blatant fraud. Avoid this company at all costs!

Be warned when you have seen a house and you want to make an offer. They ask you to pay €3000 but if the offer is not accepted paying back is very difficult.

watch out these are thieves and complete lack of professionalism. you will waste your time and money.

As per the other reviews, Solvia are unable to respond to text, email or phone.

I am renting a house with them and have an important inquiry regarding the contract. Its impossible to get in contact with them. I have been trying and waiting for a response now over a month, very unprofessional

ive contacted these 4 times to view a property and still no replies (even though they are posting on facebook). And after reading these reviews Im going to stay well clear.

The company should at least message or email back but absolutely nothing, I’m trying to rent a property I have seen under the Solvia umbrella but no response.

For a couple of weeks I've been trying to get information about a house I'm interested in, but not respond at all, the company has a poor attitude.

NO Water no response from Solvia.es for three weeks now.. I paid filled all docs in and they was plenty paid them thousands of Euros to rent got the keys via an agent.. No electric meter no water meter recieved keys 15th July 2022 so sorted the electric with Endesa on the 18th July 22 on the same day went to the emabesa water company as advised by agent to find Solvia have a fraudulent bad debt on the flat they have rented me and my husband.. I have been trying every day to sort this out being promised it is getting sorted and NOTHING. In the meantime paying a fortune nightly to stay in accommodation in the height of summer in Benalmadena Pueblo i used this company thinking they were professional and honest so far they have been terrible and no help and i am ill and sick with stress and they care not at all. If anyone can help us we need this resolved please.
NO Hay agua No hay respuesta de Solvia.es desde hace tres semanas.. Pagué, completé todos los documentos y fueron suficientes. Les pagué miles de euros por el alquiler. Obtuve las llaves a través de un agente.. Sin medidor de electricidad. Sin medidor de agua. Así que ordené el agua el 18 de julio. El 22 de julio el mismo día fui a la compañía de agua emabesa según lo aconsejado por el agente para encontrar que Solvia tenía una deuda incobrable fraudulenta en el piso que nos alquilaron a mí y a mi esposo. He estado tratando todos los días de solucione esto con la promesa de que se arregló y NADA. Mientras tanto, pagué una fortuna por noche para quedarme en un alojamiento en pleno verano en Benalmádena Pueblo. Usé esta empresa pensando que eran profesionales y honestos. Hasta ahora han sido terribles y no me han ayudado. en absoluto. Si alguien puede ayudarnos, necesitamos que esto se resuelva, por favor.
