A very useful workshop providing an introduction into mediation. The hosts were very enthusiastic and helpful, I really enjoyed the overall experience and gained a lot from it.

These 3 sessions were some of the most meaningful, helpful and empowering hours in a long, long time. I mean apart from the professionalism, reliability and effectiveness from Julie, the openness, humour, listening and expressions of understanding were second to none. I’ve had life coaching in the past, both times had a huge positive impact, these sessions were amazing too. Considering done over the phone, just Thankful.

Very good course. Laura and Julie were amazing! They are both lovely and work extremely well together. They both bring a very positive attitude to their work, which reflects throughout the teaching of the course and they both have very strong knowledge of mediation.

In regard to the course itself, it creates awareness of what mediation is and what your role as a mediator is. You learn the procedure mediation goes through alongside the skills you need to develop in order to be a successful mediator. You take part in a number of role playing and team working activities which are also very useful.

Did not change my situation at all and I felt very attacked during the session as some one else was allowed to talk for the person I was supposed to have mediation with

They were really friendly and I loved how interactive the sessions were as I was able to gain a lot from them and put these skills into practice within everyday life.

I have gained an insight view about alternative dispute resolution and also experienced how would it be conducted. Overall this was a very useful seminar to attend and im happy that i have benefited from it.

The training was really good given the current circumstances. Offered a lot of new information, and was a great introduction into mediation training. Looking forward to utilizing these skills in the future and hope to expand on the further.

The mediation workshop ran by solution talk was incredibly interesting and ran extremely well. Having booklets at hand with tasks to do were a great touch and made the workshop much easier to engage with.

Lovely training staff that made the experience interactive and engaging. I have learnt about new skills such as negotiation that I can apply to future job roles. The activities closely tied in with the key elements of mediation and provided me with a good foundation and starting point if I wanted to be a mediator in the future.

The two training sessions were conducted excellently by Laura and Julie. I believed the workshops were very helpful and gave me and insight into the world of mediation. From this training, I have learnt a range of skills that will be useful in life, but also in my law dergree. Thank you!

An in-depth and thought provoking training session giving mediators another tool to understand and aid effective communication in the mediation process. The trainers were patient, open and very knowledgeable, helping our team to understand key concepts and ensuring we remained engaged throughout. I would very much recommend this course to anyone looking to upskill.
