REALLY BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS COMPANY!! I bought solar panels from them and I had a very bad experience!! For 2 months I have had solar panels that do not work at all, appointments were postponed 5 times for various reasons, no answers to questions, dismissal of the client, total lack of respect. Many times they didn't come for the scheduled appointment and they still don't show up. After installing the panels, they damaged my roof, water got into the house and damaged my walls. Waiting for help for 2 weeks! After installing the panels, it turned out (the application showed) that the electrical box was used with 604 kWh LAST YEAR and I installed the panels in JANUARY. The company avoids answering questions about any discrepancies. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS, REALLY AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Amadeus is a true gentleman and a man of words. Just to share an incident: while installing the solar panel, I had an issue with the neighbor regarding the roof. Not only did Amadeus help me in fixing the conflict, but he also backed me with information and resources. I am new in this country and am so relieved that I had him.

Installation engineers are good
Installation engineers are good, but pushed to the max. Working on the roof without security after sunset. System quality is good. After the sales, the head office, is not really interested / slow after sales. It was including registration etc, but nothing happened, had to do it myself.

Excellent end-to-end service
I have very good experience with SolTectum. They provided excellent end-to-end service, from first call about solar panels to installation. I received clear and professional answers to all my questions. Installation of solar panels was done quickly and smoothly on the pre-agreed date. Installers were skilled, professional and friendly.
