SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Take your money and run. Customer service responded with one apologetic response, only to be ghosted from then on. I'm still waiting on my clothes after months of allegedly being stuck in customs. Theives.

Placed an order 23rd August. Order confirmed 24th August. Still no delivery. Web site and email is no longer available.
Scam! poor quality item not made of the materials claimed! Do not buy from this company there is NO customer service or authentic 30 days returns policy!
I was offered 20 percent back and to keep the item as mentioned in other reviews. I saw the same item sold for half the price at TEMU later on! When they finslly did give me an address to return it to. I returned the item at my cost ($50)to some place in China up a freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor...etc. Its been in Chinese customs for at least 40 days and Aus post informed me it's my job to contact customs in China to find out whats going on...........
SCAM SCAM SCAM took my money but no delivery. Will not answer emails and no phone number. Would of preferred money go to the poor.
Scam site that makes you think it’s Melbourne based. You might receive your product eventually but it’s junk if you do.
If i could give a zero i would. WHAT A SCAM. and i don't think they care. The picture and description were great...and that's the scam.. It is literally false advertising.. cheapest of material used and packaged/presented just as bad. You can return it at your cost back to China ;at $37.50 minimum..or get 20% of purchase price back as a inducement to buy you off.!!! REALLY. GFY.
Yep, scam site. I wouldn’t use the jumper I received from Solstice clothing as a dog warmer. Looks like it’s been sewn together by somebody’s blind grandmother. First time I’ve ever been scammed. Fortunately, they only got 80 odd bucks out of me.
SCAM Cannot believe I was scammed
The item I received was a stretch knit fabric garment (NOT WOOL KNIT) that I wouldn’t even wear to a fancy dress party.
Solice Melbourne is not in Melbourne but a China based warehouse. I bought a jumper that was delivered and it was poorly made and unwearable. I asked for a refund, but unlike the money back claim on the website, they will only give you 20% back on your purchase with you retaining the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hugely disappointing and deceptive at best.
This company is a SCAM no reply from customer service in regards to jacket recieved XXS when I ordered M size, quality is crap! this company is not offering ON SALE items, they are a direct from China online site, all buyers beware!
Cheap and nasty. Woollen jumper was thin and poorly finished. Jumper l thought was embroidered, was just a windcheater with a floral print. Buyer Beware indeed.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM "BEWARE" THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY THING > DONT RATE AT ALL
Absolutely horrendous product. Not as pictured, unwearable in public. Slowly learning my lesson to not buy crap of socials!! AVOID!! Pretty sure they use fake positive reviews...
They don’t even deserve one star. This company is a scam. What is advertised is not what you get.
I ordered a dress from this company and looked for any reviews prior to purchase. With no bad reviews, I went ahead with the purchase. I received an email saying the colour I wanted was not available- could I choose a different colour, which I did. I was surprised when a few weeks later the order arrived to find it was not the colour I ordered. When I contacted the company, they apologised it was not the colour I expected, but returns were back to their supplier back in Asia, and given the cost of this (for me), they would offer me 10% of the price paid and I could keep the product. Given this was not my mistake, I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the whole process I experienced. I would not recommend using this company.
