Zero customer Service. I reached out multiple times now that it's been over a month since I placed my order and have nothing but Shop for tracking. It's a work order so I'm not using the Shop app. All I get back is an automated response. I guess my only recourse is to dispute the charge when it appears. At least they haven't tried to bill yet. I only ordered these as requested and now it's too late to gift them.
Took 2 full months to arrive, and the box was beaten up.
I had contacted "customer service" at least 8 times right after the 1-month mark, and kept getting told they had been shipped so they couldn't do anything. The tracking number showed that the package had never been dropped off. When I finally asked for a cancel and refund, they magically got dropped off at the shipping depot IN CHINA!!!
They won't even let me return them without paying for shipping, which ends up being about half of what I "purchased" them for.
The only thing they're offering is for a "free watch", that I still have to pay taxes and shipping for. Why would I want some other product from this company when they've already screwed me over so much??
Never use this company, they're awful. Delivery was advertised as 72 hours max and it's taken 3 weeks to get to me. When it was delivered, it was to a neighbour and with no card letting me know.
The worst part is the headphones don't fit and there's no way of making them bigger or smaller! They won't provide a refund even though the product does not work, dors bot look as advertised and doesn't fit!
Do not buy from these people!
