Zero customer Service
Zero customer Service. I reached out multiple times now that it's been over a month since I placed my order and have nothing but Shop for tracking. It's a work order so I'm not using the Shop app. All I get back is an automated response. I guess my only recourse is to dispute the charge when it appears. At least they haven't tried to bill yet. I only ordered these as requested and now it's too late to gift them.
