It took over a week for my item to be delivered. There was no communication with the company. When the item arrived it is faulty. Eventually after videos and proof of the equipment not working. They informed they would send a new ballast. Since then I have heard nothing. I have tried to contact them for several days. The email does not respond ever. Wats app maybe they answer. The worst company. Unreliable products and a terrible customer service.
