Order placed in June 2025, not received

Order placed in June 2025 and not received as of April 2026. The company initially provided updates about product delays and offered discounts on additional orders. No update received since February 2026, despite at least 2 emails sent. Wouldn’t advise ordering from this company until they’ve figured out their logistics.

8+Months of delivery delays

Placed an order in July 2025 for an expected shipping date of Aug 2025.

Every 3 months receive an email that things are delayed with a new estimated date of delivery.

It is now February 2026 (!!!) and got another email that things are still delayed.

I understand completely that issues happen, tarrifs, etc. but each email they send says don’t email us, it takes time away from us working on creating your items.

It’s really shameful. Super respect the hustle and hard work of a small business especially in today’s climate but I couldn’t be less impressed. I did receive a refund when I finally filed one through their official channels (you cannot proactively ask for one).

Hi, we are truly sorry for the extended delays and for the frustration this caused.

As you know, around the time your order was placed, our family relocated across the country. During that move, all of our 3D printers were damaged beyond repair, forcing us to rebuild from scratch. As you mentioned, we also had issues with tariffs, supplier delays, and delays with securing and building out a new space, all of which compounded the issue and slowed our ability to recover and scale back up.

In an effort to make things right, we offered all affected customers the option to wait for the 3D printed toys, switch to any of our non 3D printed toys with no additional cost, or cancel with a full refund. We also included updates in our emails acknowledging where we made mistakes while navigating the post-move issues.

We never intended for customers to feel like they’re not allowed to email us, and we should have been more clear about what we meant. Customers are always welcome to email us, and we respond to customer service messages daily, sometimes it just takes longer to respond to all of them because it’s either me (Courtney) or our part-time admin responding.

Regarding cancellations, we want to be clear that cancellations with a full refund are available at any time. We included the link to cancel in every update email, and the same link is in the footer of our website. We tried to reiterate the options as much as possible so that they weren’t missed.

We’re truly sorry this experience wasn't a good one, and we are doing everything we can to make things right.

Placed an order in June 2025 and was…

Placed an order in June 2025 and was very gracious and understanding when they ran into delays. The most recent update was on December 3, 2025 saying that it would take them 2 to 6 weeks to get all orders out. It has now been 10 weeks since that date I sent an email asking for an update on my order and I got an automated response saying that admin would be out until the end of April. This is unacceptable and I feel scammed.

Order never received

Like others, im incredibly disappointed due to having placed an order in june and never receiving it. I was patient and understanding, email after email excuse after excuse. I opted to continue waiting because I truly wanted what I had ordered. The “final update” on 12/3 said orders would be done in the next six weeks. Its now jan 30th, still no product. No update given. I finally elected to cancel my order when I saw the company was participating in the “ice out nation wide shutdown.” While I understand supporting the cause- I cant imagine posting that when orders placed last year have not been fulfilled. You can post that, you can take more orders, you can advertise products but cant acknowledge having passed your expected date of completion AGAIN? No emails no posts no updates. Nada. Feels insulting to be quite frank. Anyway, will never order from this company again.

Amazing Durability!

I have bought several of the emotion friends as well as my most recent purchase of Emotional Baggage. I am a play therapist and let me tell you, my clients put those emotion friends through it! I have been so impressed with the durability of being thrown, dropped, banged together.
I think I like the emotional baggage more than some of the kids 😆 the plushies are sooo satisfying and help me regulate during sessions as well.

Co-Regulation Tools!

These toys are the perfect starting point for co regulation and emotional awareness, which is the cornerstone of sensory processing. As an OT, I love using their products with children and adults. Highly recommend

I absolutely love Solobo and everything…

I absolutely love Solobo and everything they stand for. They also listen to and care about their community as people not just consumers! They've created a line of accessible, affordable, high quality open ended toys and so many resources great for all kids but especially helpful for the families needing guidance in navigating sensory needs, speech delays and emotions. The emotion line of toys has helped us so much with teaching and learning about emotions with our speech delayed 3 year old!
