Disappointed!!!

I am totally disappointed in the service provided by this company. It took 4 telephone calls and 1 face to face meeting to get someone to come out to measure up for shutter and vertical blinds for the whole house. Andrew came out on 2nd July and promised that i would have my quote the next day. So here I am 28th July despite several phone calls to chase them up, with promises from the office manager that someone would be in touch the next day, still NOTHING.... if this is the service to get work what will their aftercare be like? Absolutely shocking customer service!!!
