Worthless. Complete waste of money.

I couldn’t use the product because of an existing metal implant but they were very accommodating in helping me return it.

It was very easy to order. website is arranged user friendly and navigation worked smoothly. I will update when product is delivered.

I was hoping to get the 10% off when using the payment plan, but it wasn’t offered.

I'm trying to figure out how to return the product. I have Lyme disease and it's painful for me to use.

This has helped my son’s nerve pain...He gives it a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 after the first use. Nerve pain is very hard to treat, so he is very happy.

I have a genetic predisposition for neck arthritis and my genes did their job. Grrr! After over THIRTY YEARS of level 10+ pain in my neck and that radiated to my shoulders and back, I'm having to figure out how to describe NOT being in pain! Yay!

FIVE for the pain relief and the rejuvenating effect on my muscles this unit provides as the nerves calm down. I’d like to somehow be able to more easily control the level of output when treating hard to reach areas.

This is my second review for the SOLIS unit, Mike Swearingin was great as he provided great customer service by replacing my original unit.

BACKGROUND:

I was one of the original TENS unit recipients in the seventies as the result of injuries sustained in the military. In my original review I wrote that I remember being in the pulpit of the Antioch Baptist Church in Houston, TX when one or two of those leads came out because of my movement/perspiration - Rev really dainced a Holy Jig!

I spent thirty-eight (38) years on Military prescribed OPIOIDS & BENZOS so I know pain and I know pain relief.

For ten (10) years I used a wheelchair because of severe nerve pain right side, I had been though walker & cane.

Chronic pain sufferers know how very debilitating pain, chronic, every day, every hour, every minute, pain! Moving not only requires an act of Congress, it often takes so much energy + the constant pain we just stay immobile.....
....This leads to depression, I battle depression....
.....AnXiety & PTSD. I battle those conditions as well, add pain to the miX and the party never stops. Sleep? I use a CPAP and still I struggle to get five (5) hours maybe.....

.....This is why I appreciate this little unit because I’m able to alleviate ALL PAIN, additionally I find I’m also REJUVENATED! The pain gone, I’m up finishing the dishes or hopping on my three wheeler (Schwinn) and on to the beach or tooling about the base....

I was very excited when I saw this product. I have MS and I am in constant pain. I received this product on January 26th while I was out of town. I tried it a few days ago and found it painful. I tried it again last night and it really hurts. Unfortunately, I can not use this product. I called your office this morning (Feb 6, 2021) to find out how to return this product back to you. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

It probably works but I can't use it. I can't reach where my pain is and use it correctly. It's in my lower back. I am sorry. I returned it

My husband has had good results as far as low back pain and stenosis with this device. He says the immediate pain relief is noteable. He uses for a few minutes nightly, the fact that he has kept up with it, rather than quickly abandoned it, like he has so many other pain relief strategies, tells me something! Thank you, Solis!

I don't have the wand yet, so I can't write about it. The shopping was as easy as on many other websites. I could read reviews, some information on how it works and possibilities of purchase.
I think more information on how it works could help. For example, how, technically, does it influence the nerves? Does it block the pain signal? Does it confuse the signal? Does it work on very strong Peripheral Neuropathy pain? I bought with more hope than knowledge, knowing that I can return if it does not work on my pain. I have tried four different electronic products for pain relief before.
The email I received soon after the buying encourages me by recognizing the good will behind the product. I'll write another review after I try the wand out for a few days.

Pleasantly surprised by its usefulness
I originally purchased this device for low back/hip pain and it works. Relieves pain quickly and it feels better for hours. What I discovered was it really helps with the arthritis in my toes and at the balls of my feet. The pain was affecting my ability to be as active as I desire. This device allows me to stay active with much less pain.

I received my Solis Pain Relief System and I was excited to try it but also curious if it would really work. First a little about me i carry stress in my upper back and shoulders and have issues with cramps in my legs. After seeing first hand just how many side effects pain pills have, even over the counter ones we all think are safe, I knew this was not the way I wanted to deal with my pain. A friend introduced me to Solis and it works for me. It is easy to use, just use a wet cloth or the gel that comes with it to moisten the skin, with the device on but set to zero apply it to the area in pain and slowly turn the dial up, stay within your comfort zone. It doesn’t take long to get comfortable with the device and you will love the difference it makes for those sore muscles. Best of all, no side effects just a better quality of life.

I think it is a good product, however, I have a sever damage in my lumbar nerve and it didn't release the pain. Thank you.

This is a great concept but unless your pain is 'in the front/reachable" you need to have a person help you reach the pressure point. In my case I cannot reach the nerve in my back causing the pain and I have no one available to use it on me. I feel that if there was a cord between the intensity wheel and the device, it might be possible. However, placing it on my back, trying to roll the shallow wheel to the correct intensity, and holding this position for 3 or 4 minutes is impossible for me. If you have a problem with a place you can reach, i think you should give this a try.

I ordered this product for my Dad and it arrived quickly and in great shape. He uses it almost daily and he loves it!
