We are the first and only accommodation in Southampton centre, specifically tailored for yacht crew who are on courses and solent university, the property is a 3 story town house with 4 en-suite double bedrooms. The house is located just 3 mins walk from the university has been recently renovated to a high standard, is modern & cleaned regularly. All bookings are vetted and verified. This house offers huge benefits to the studying experience that can be tough for many!.

Brilliant. Ideal location, cooking facilities, study facilities, laundry facilities and even a study room! Very clean. Literally cannot think of any negative points. I will stay here whenever I am in the area. Strongly recommend this place. 10/10

Cleanest, most comfortable accommodation that I’ve had the pleasure to stay in in Southampton while studying.
The downstairs study room is an added bonus! Definitely recommend this place to anyone attending courses in Solent Uni.
Solent House was perfect accommodation for me and my studies at Solent university. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well thought out with quiet spaces for study and revision. I would recommend Solent House to anyone doing maritime courses who wants modern, reasonably priced and well situated accommodation.
Could not recommend this property more after staying to do some courses at Solent University. The place must have been newly renovated because the condition of the house was fantastic. Comfortable, clean, well thought out, and affordable. Will not hesitate to stay again when next in the area.

I can’t recommend Solenthouse highly enough. It’s a spotlessly clean, modern and centrally located property, within a short walk to Solent Uni which I’ve appreciated while attending maritime training. Liam and his team are responsive and always available to answer any queries. Top notch spot and I’ll be looking to book with them again upon my return.
An absolute gem of a find. I had a course to attend at Solent University and was a bit sick of staying in the drab hotels near by. Found this place through a recommendation from a friend and it’s as good as he says it was. All brand new inside and very tastefully decorated. Am a bit struck for cash at the moment whilst I complete my studies so the chance to do a super market shop and use the fully fitted kitchen meant the world of difference. There is only so many ‘meal deal’ sandwich’s one can eat in a week so having freshly cooked meals each day without paying restaurant prices set me in good stead for my studies. Will be using again

Great value for money
The bedrooms were all newly furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was brand new with all amenities.
Location was superb, close to the university for my course, and a 5 minute walk to the high street.
Solent House was perfect for my week long course at Solent University. Minutes from the campus, great value for money, clean and fully equipped.
(Also impressed by the sealant around sinks being of yacht standard).
